Why you should be unbanned:

i was playing ttt and i rdmed someone, and i lagged out while the slay was being applied, this was about 60 days ago but i just looked at the ban counter and realized it wasn't up, there is only 10 days left, but i will be willing to still take a slay for it, so since this was a misunderstanding I'm asking for an unban​

Your 4th offense ban was by @Guilty 3 months ago and asked for G&E. Why would you post an appeal 3 months after you got banned...

Looking at your appeal, your "misunderstanding" was still an RDM & Leave. If it were your 1st Offense, I would normally let it slide due to a misunderstanding, however this was your 4th Offense. The problem is that your punishments stacked too much and you paid the consequences for it with your 16 week ban. Unfortunately, I see no reason to keep you unbanned and you will serve the remainder of your ban to its fullest. When you get unbanned, please make sure to avoid another punishment and to appeal it as soon as possible if you do get banned again.
