Why you should be unbanned:

I was not kicked, nor was I warned. It just went straight to a ban.

He logged onto the server, after I recited the first verse from NotoriousKKK, and just banned me without warning. Since other people were "rapping" into the chat, I said that, as a joke, not to offend anyone.

Do note that while it does specify harassment as something that is meant to "offend" another.

Nobody said they were offended. Once.

It is possible he got discretion from an Administrator, however that is something he will provide when he does reply.

 

Not trying to be rude or anything, but let me get this straight.

Admins can basically do whatever the fuck they want, and ban people just because they feel like it, without following any protocol? Or in other words, they get all the power they want, and can inject all the feelings they want into their decisions without any kind of protocol if they can find a reason?

 

I can see how it would look that way from your perspective, but what actually happens is cases arise where we have repeated offenders such as yourself, and punishment becomes harsher due to the intent of your actions or you knowing what you are doing could or even will get you banned.

 

I was expecting at least a warning.
Most mods that I do this with have a sense of humor, and laugh at it.
Hell, I've even done this in front of highwon before and he didn't do anything.

So why is it that certain admins get to make up their own rules, and use their own definition of harassment rather than the owners?

All I'm saying is that there kind of needs to be once line drawn for this. Because otherwise, I could claim that I'm offended by people saying the word "the", and by the very logic that seems to run, nobody could say "the".

You are getting what I'm saying, right? That there's no clear line on what you can, and cannot say?

I banned you for racial harrasment, I was on teamspeak at the time when this incident occured, I was informed by a player about what you had been saying in chat.
Shortly I will show my evidence in which I banned you.

 

What you said was very offencive, constant racial slurs and other things which a lot of people probably found offencive too. So I took screenshots of them, and gave them to diehard.

 

I was made aware of your racial harrasment in teamspeak and hopped on, Like you said you "recited the first verse from NotoriousKKK", in which I banned you for.
After you were banned a number of people told me that they were offended by your remarks in which you made at that time.

I will add a previous report that was made, in which is the same as this case.

From what you have wrote in this appeal and the previous one I will be denying your appeal due to the factor that you don't care about the rules, with the amount of hours that you have you should know what is right and wrong in what to say. from your previous report, you showed that you didn't care if the person reported you from racial harassment.

You have been banned for One day locally on that server, there are 5 other servers you can go while you serve your ban. In the future keep your racial comments to yourself. You may have have free speech but there is a time and place for that and online is not the place to do it. Thankyou and have a good day.
