Invalid Report against Happy

Reason For Report:

1) I was RDMed inside the tower on false accusations by Stoolker that I was shooting inside the tower. After long arguing about the decision and Anna refusing to check the timestamps, fair enough, one missed occurrence in 30 hours of playing here I guess I can live with, she had logical arguments as well and I don't expect mods to take my word, but I'm writing it here to give perspective on the amount of incidents.

2) After arguing with a trio of players, one of them blatantly RDMed me by unloading a full clip of MAC-10 at start of the round as detective while I was writing something and hadn't fired a single shot the entire few seconds the round was on, then left the server.

Happy went to "handle" the report. Then he left the server without banning anyone (almost immediately after taking up the report). Apparently RDMing me and leaving is not justification for a ban.

3) After that round, in another round I saw an innocent kill a traitor. Then, after seeing that, Collins just RDMs that person. I keep informing both Happy & Anna in the staff chat about this incident. Neither responds, Happy then logs off (see incident #2).

4) In a The Hidden round I'm placed as hidden and someone is pushed into lava by another innocent, thus abusing the no-friendly-fire exploit. Anna is AFK and doesn't deal with this and so there goes a "fun" round. Amazingly, people knowingly performing this exploit don't get punished other than get a slap on the wrist. How exactly is this not bannable? Pretty much the same as cheating, you know (this comment is a bit unrelated - I've seen cases where mods only issue verbal warnings to those doing this).​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

I was hoping that the logs can simply be checked (as most of this was damage/leaving related).

If that's not possible, then whatever, at least I can vent my frustration somewhere. Never "raged" on this server, but after the display of staff incompetence & mass RDM that happened while staff was available (this is the first time I actually see this happen) it was hardly possible to not be angry over wasted 4-5 rounds of playing & waiting.

The main point of this report other than venting frustration is the fact that a moderator takes up a report, doesn't finish it and then suddenly leaves the server. WHY!? If other logs can't be found, then at least checking this fact would be appreciated and a punishment issued for this specific action in particular.​

I'd like to withdraw this report if possible because I logged back in to ask Anna about this incident and she told me that both RDMers were punished, so I'm all fine. I was not informed that the logs/information on RDMs can be checked several rounds after they occurred and the fact that Happy took up the report and then left was frustrating, but I understand that it might not have mattered much as another mod could handle it.

Hello there Ricox,

I am so very sorry about the incident that just happened on EU. I had to duck off for a moment to check on my very sick pet bunny. I had hoped to only leave for a moment to give him his medication and check on his breathing (I won't go into all the details here as they are not needed) however I found him in a pretty bad state. He was pretty much not breathing and well I had to deal with that which took a little bit longer than I had hoped for. In hind sight leaving the server would have been the best option but alas I had not planned to find my bunny in this state nor had I planned to leave for more than a few moments. For this I am so very sorry.

When I returned to my laptop I dealt with all of the reports that had been filed. You had already left at this stage so I did not get the chance to answer to your messages to admin chat. However, I explained to you via the in game pm function, just now actually, about the people who RDMed you and left. I have banned them and punished all the other wrong doers as well.

As you can see I let you know that the two players in question had been banned for their actions. Once again I am so very very sorry! I did not mean for any of this to happen and I do thank you for being so understanding when I did get the chance to talk to you about it. Unfortunately things happen like this but I myself should have done the right thing and just left the server altogether. I'll strive to ensure that this situation will never occur again.

Wow, I already said you don't need to apologize for that, everything is completely okay. Real life emergencies are much more important than some RDM report on a video game. My frustration was simply because I didn't know what was happening, I would not have dared to make a report had I known that you being AFK was because of such an important matter. It's all good, I should be the one apologizing for using crude language.

I see you have retracted this report. However it is against me so I will give my side. I actually had to leave suddenly because some urgent business came up in my life. However I believe that all reports I had put in progress I finished before I left. The report I had put in progress that you had mentioned was an earlier report that I found invalid. As I had to leave quite suddenly I didn't have time to collect the screenshots I usually do so I have no photo evidence.

I am truly sorry for this inconvenience and I will await my admin @ThatBox to give his verdict for this report.

I'm sorry that the moderators you encountered during your time playing happened to have urgent issues come up at such crucial times on the servers. As you stated, sometimes real life issues come up and moderators gave to leave at a moment's notice. I'm glad you understand but I assure that this urgency will only happen again once in a blue moon.
