Hello,

Long story short:
Admin: "Grimmygod" killed 3 innocents, including me.
I killed a guy that killed iragigamer or something a donator which was an inno. I shot him down Checked his body. (Which a traitor would never do) but the admin shot me down.

I got angry that he did not slay himself because he made 3 mistakes that round, crowbarred him twice the next round. He slays me.
Didn't leave the game, when I got slayed and even talked with him.

Then the next round (3rd round after describing 1st and 2nd) dropped down the ship (Frozen map). Killed himself I suppose to ban some people. Yup, he banned me for: "RDM and leave, 1st". Question for Grimmygod, how can you ban me for leaving? When I even played The Hidden (fun round)? Didn't you see me on the scoreboard?

It seems if you crowbar an admin you get 5 day ban, which seems like crowbarring a dictator. Since he decides how high the penalty is. Zenahlord or something was online like a hour before, he was a great admin. - had a great time playing. But since this Grimmygod came in the server and Zenah left, he did what HE wanted to do. I would like to see Grimmygods evidence.

Alrighty! Now that I have food in hand, let's go through this rundown.

First up let's discuss my killing of innocents. Below in the spoilers are the two reports, first being from yourself and second being from Slasher. The first incident with yourself you killed a innocent which is a traitorous act. I waited for you to ID the body to prove he was innocent and then killed you. The second account Slasher had DNA on me from your body. He shot me first, so I defended myself. The last instance of RDM was a player mass RDMing without evidence and who was later punished for continuous RDM, logs are below.

Now onto your slay. You hit me multiple times with your crowbar as we were both innocent the next round. This in itself is RDM and possible revenge RDM, but I will not be assuming this and try to remain impartial. As you can see after you hit me twice and I attempted to kill you, only to be killed myself for shooting you.

Finally onto the ban. As you mentioned you did stay for a amount of time after your slay. You even left once and returned the same round. However you did disconnect on the round you were slain, not serving your full slay.

I serenely apologize if you feel attacked or you feel in any way abused my powers. I will be tagging my admin @Sir Lemoncakes to review this and ensure I did not act out of line.

As for your ban, I will try to remain impartial. I will remove the ban if you serve one full slay, but not void. This will mean if you RDM and leave again, it will be your second offense. If you ever have any questions you can review the rules in game by typing !rules in game or asking a staff member.

I had also my own screenshots. In fear of you twisting the story. But you have stood objectively.

When I got banned all I was thinking: "That escalated quickly"; two crowbar hits and a 5 day ban basically. I didn't know leaving for 20 seconds and coming back is already punishable that hard. That's like going 2 km/ph too fast on the highway or like punishing a kid for stealing sand out of the sandbox. Kinda harsh imo.

Nice .lua plugins on the logs btw, we used to have an other one in our server which redlined all the inno vs inno rdms.

And apart from my other critic about "pay to win" issues in the server, an AK/galil that has no recoil and moderate damage can easily kill groups of people, I will leave my response as this.

 

Talked with my Admin, Sir Lemoncakes, and he approves this message! Lol, but in all seriousness if you just have a moment to serve one slay I will unban you. As staff we are here to improve the experience our players have, not take away from that. To do this though, we all have to abide by the rules of TTT
