5 day unreasonable ban

I can start out by going through the story cronologically.
First I shot a burst on Coconuts because the button on my old mouse (i'm at my dads place celebrating his wifes birthday, so i brought my old mouse and laptop), I didn't continue to shoot at him and i turned around and tried to apologize to Coconuts. But by then he had allready shot me, that was completely fine and I even still said sorry when the round ended. Allthough he tells the mod that I should be slayed so instantly with no reasoning the admin puts a slay on next round on me.
Then a couple of rounds later he traitor baits by shooting in my general direction several times and I shoot him for traitor baiting. But because he had not damaged me, this mod thought he had done nothing wrong and wouldn't listen to me. I was incredibly frustrated and left, figured that killing him for traitor baiting wouldn't get me punished again without a warning. But apparently that counted as RDM and LEAVE now, wow man most mods on the server have enough sence to see my point in a situation like that, but this guy just did what Coconuts told him to.

So since I don't have logs or proof I would ask that you look closely at Coconuts behaviour in the future and the admin with him, don't remember his name though.

When you give your opinion please look through the entire post, not only the fact that shooting in general direction is not KOSable, this would still be the first slay since the first one I got should be considered invalid. So my rdm and leave punishment should be a day and not a week, and that day has allready passed.

btw my dad's wife is not my mother ;P.

Shooting towards players (traitor baiting)

yes it is a TRAITOROUS ACTS but it is not kosable in till he does damage to u he can only count him as high suspicion

 

Ohh I see, still think it's a shame that you have to record and take screenshot all the time as a general player on the server if you want to be able to prove your innocence. Just close this thread i'll wait it out bros.

plus depending on witch server u where banned on u can still play on the other so u dont have to wait

You CAN kos someone for shooting near you. You DO NOT need to wait for damage to be done. The mod that banned you will respond at his nearest convenience.

I can't be that specific unfortunately for me, i'll be sure to have the record and screenshot button ready in the future. I take this ban as a learning experience, even though it was an abusive act. Had i been more carefull I could've gotten him demoted, or appealed my ban.
