I'm not sure why I was banned for 13 days. I just left the game cause I wanted to play another game not because I rdm'd then left. I don't even remember being reported? If anyone could explain why I was banned that would be helpful. I was pretty shocked for being banned.​

For clarification does "RDM & Leave 2nd Offense" mean that this is my second time rdming and leaving, because I haven't rdm'd and left before. Also I wouldn't of left if he told me I was being going to be slayed or if I had gotten the notification of getting reported.

 

Well I'm not entirely sure the reason or method you were banned/slayed for so I can't speak for @Guilty on that. But a former staff member banned you for RDM & Leave first offense on July 7th on East, and from the looks of it it was not voided nor appealed; hence the second offense claim.

I'm sorry if you weren't properly informed about this, but the ban was never voided so it will be deemed valid. Also, Rek has resigned as of late and @BmTron was his admin before he did so. While she might not be able to appeal that ban for you because she doesn't know why you were banned in the first place; she might be able to assist you with any concerns you might have in regards to Rek.

Hello @McNutty ! Apologies for the late response to your appeal! Here is the reason why I have banned you.

When I played with you back on August 1st, 2015, you already had a previous ban by a former moderator @Rek . Now, I checked your adminstats after you threw a discombobulator which pushed Ahpux off and killed him. He reported you for it and you never responded to the report. So I pmed you on why you threw that discombobulator and you never responded. Either way, you failed to respond and you eventually left the server 2 rounds later without ever giving a response to my pm. Without knowing what happened behind your reasoning on why you threw that discombobulator, I had no choice but to ban you. Below are the screenshots of the evidence.

I remember this I think anyway I threw the discombob in a room the person I killed on accident was inside of the room, I didn't think it would send him flying out of the room into a canyon which lead to his death. You probably did pm me, but I guess I didn't see it or something because I thought maybe I would of been slayed or something. Either way, my bad for not responding even though I didn't ignore you intentionally I just didn't see it.
