Reason For Report:

This is more of an awareness not an report, The player bot excludes his friends from the rules. His friend "AK47BOT" was harassing me, If I were to defend myself or harass him back BOT would warn and threaten me, His friend would continue to harass me without any sort of warning, BOT would continue on saying "screenshot it" not sure why he would need a screenshot when he saw it happen. I do not wish for BOT to be punished, I just want him to be reevaluated on his staffing skills. thank you for your time.​

What do you mean when he, "Saw it happen?" Can you clarify information? Any screenshots, logs, something for us to go off of? We need more than just a word to pursue this claim. This is why he said screenshot it, we would need documentation.

 

I mean't "saw it happen by" AK47bot said something towards me I responded to him almost instantly and only I was yelled at along side with threatened.

 

I'm not here for any punishment towards this person, I wan't him/her to learn from their mistakes leading into them correcting these actions in the future building better skills towards his duty.

I'm sorry you seem to be upset by the situation at hand. I will provide screenshots and explain my perspective.


The player (Ak-47bot) was harassed by you in chat as you can see in the screenshot, this led me to warn you to not harass him and you proceeded to tell me that Ak-47bot was harassing you first , so I asked for screenshots of him harassing you, then you said I was defending Ak_47bot because he was my friend, but I only saw your harassment towards Ak-47bot. I couldn't see the harassment towards you because I was alive and I cannot see dead chat while alive. I also couldn't warn the player without proof, and you refuseed to provide evidence, so nothing could be done.

How where you alive in both of these screenshots it clearly shows you respond dead, also you cropped the oarts that make you look best if you would've shown full text it would've shown him harassing me, this is unbelievable now you're going to try to set up false proof making it one sided.

 

Also why no time stamps, your whole story has many flaws to it. You're providing a very weak support to your side of the story.

 

I may also add according to you, you where alive the whole time. In the proof you posted it also shows ak47bot was alive. admins it is quite obvious bot is lying

 

Hey @LSDarko why you are providing evidence into ONE message and add, by editing in, any physical evidence into that section, that'd make this so much easier to finish up.

Hard to add evidence when the server changes after the fact, the only reason he has those screenshots is due to AK47BOTsending them to him, I'm off for the night will respond to all concerns tomorrow.

 

He claims he was alive when the harassment towards you took place. As these are screenshots of console, cropping the image to make it simply smaller does not automatically mean he is lying, however I will request that if you do have the full images, that they are posted (Bot).

Console nor in-game chat show time stamps.

This should also be solved by full screenshots, however it is quite possible the harassment from Ak47bot occurred in a previous round where he was in-fact alive and Ak47bot was not.


Now, I may ask, why would you refuse to provide screenshots regardless? If there was any potential case where the moderator missed the harassment, and they provided you with a way to prove it so they could take action, why would you not only deny them but act in the manner you did? Proof cannot be argued, and is obviously the best option, so why instead argue and insist that the moderator saw what happened and is holding you to a double standard? In the future it would be a lot easier to just take a screenshot of the chat, or even better, the console and send the staff online a link. At that point, if nothing is done, it would be fitting to report said moderator. In this case, the moderator and trial moderator both told you that you should screenshot any harassment and send it to them. Instead you reacted poorly and nothing was done, because no evidence was provided.

This had all initially started when you had filed a report against Bot for killing you. In this report, you used some pretty vulgar language towards him. Unfortunately, I didn't get the report itself as a screenshot. However, shortly after this, you took it to admin chat once I had told you I was dealing with the reports.

By this point, I had asked you over the mic to tone it back a bit as you were starting to cross the line. As this continued, I was speaking to @Bot, who was actively training me at the time, about your conduct in the chatbox while he was still alive (he can see the messages in admin chat by himself because he's a moderator). It then turned into an argument between you and Ak47Bot, as can be seen in the screenshot above, and the one I'm going to place below:

During this argument between you two, I was actively asking both of you to quit harassing each other, while talking to @Bot about it at the same time. My error in this was doing it over mic instead of text, but @Asty was a witness to this whole incident, so he should be able to backup my claim here. And as I'm still currently powerless, I'm not able to mute or issue any punishment myself for the harassment that was taking place between you two. Granted this whole time I was talking to Bot as it was developing, but he was still alive and unable to actually see what was going on.

Providing him screenshots and snippets on the conversation between you two, Bot then had a private conversation with you, from my understanding, over the PM feature in the server that I'm not able to witness. During this time, you continued to tell us that we weren't doing our jobs, and that we weren't responding to the harassment against you. We had spoken to the both of you multiple times over both mic and text chat, telling both sides to ease off with the name calling and harsh words towards each other.

Up until the point where AK47Bot had says, "you prick" and "eat it" in the above console log, I hadn't noticed him say anything else towards you. I was dealing with other reports at the time, and I wasn't actively scanning the chatbox. Despite that, the back and forth name calling from early was not going on up until that point. Before we could really inquire about whether that was directed towards you and go about warning AK, you started accusing us of double standards and not doing our jobs correctly. You continued to claim that AK was continually harassing you, yet when we asked you to screenshot anything that we weren't catching and provide it to us, you ignored it and continued on with the view that we were bad moderators. By this point, you had asked how to make a report, along with our Steam IDs, and I provided you with the information on how to do so.

 

Thank you for the screenshots, in those screenshot it shows ak47bot telling me to jump off a bridge meaning kill myself, how could it be in your console if you guys claim you couldn't see it due to you being alive and him being dead.

 

I was also yelled at on the mic after telling him to kill himself after he told me too, that's when the whole double standards came about

 

We had spoken to the both of you regarding the harassment that was going on at that point. I cannot speak for Bot, but I did re-iterate multiple times vocally that it needed to stop from both parties when I was addressing you guys. As for AK or others harassing you over the mic, that's something that I didn't notice occurring; it could have been possible that I was alive while it was happening or that I was preoccupied handling reports/discussing things with my trainer. But going back to the text evidence that I already outlined in the post containing my evidence, I did address both of you when I was talking to you about the harassment in-game, and that it was appropriate from either side. Again, I cannot speak for Bot, as he may have privately messaged AK further regarding this incident, but after the first argument between you two, I did not see or witness any further harassment coming from AK. As such, we asked you to provide us screenshot evidence in case it may have occurred when we were alive or if it may have been over PMs, which we cannot see. And unless we have the evidence of further harassment occurring after the first case which we spoke to him about, we can't really take any kind of action against him.

 

Like I've stated many times, I don't want punishment I just want improvement of the staff.
