I went to the bathroom in between rounds. The round started and an AFK detective died 5 feet from me. I was still in bathroom. As soon as I came back, within 1 minute of the round starting, Ur Waifu Is Shit shot me in the face. I lost my T round and was afk for literally less than a minute. It was not haste mode, the round just started. I filed an report and no mods did anything. His excuse was I was close to the detectives body so it's ok to shoot me. He had no right to shoot me I didn't even move that round let alone fire a bullet. There was no excuse. Not only did the mods not slay him, they slayed me for 2 rounds for him coming up and killing me after shooting him the next round. I didn't even kill him cause his 3 friends helped. Like seriously? I don't even know if banned I just left after the 2 slays. I even have proof that's how all this went down because I filed the report.​

I don't know nor care about being banned. I just wanted people to know how mods treat their "friends" I was clearly RDM'd, reported it, and nothing was done. Saying "death by association" is no excuse. There was no association. I was fucking AFK for the whole 1 minute I was alive. Please tell me what association I had with the victim being in close proximity? I don't want to be un-banned, I just want to let people know how this server is ran. This is how I can do it. You won't see me on here again.

I was AFK during the beginning of the round before it was overtime or haste mode like I stated. he had no reason to kill me. It was clearly RDM as you cannot kill afk's until haste/overtime mode.

 

I also want to point out the reason AFKs are not immune to GbA. Basically, a lot of players will act AFK to catch traitors committing traitorous acts; killing a group of AFK players. Because of this, AFKs are not immune to Guilt by Association.

The rule that your are not allowed to kill AFKs until overtime is to possibly speed up the round in the case of a delaying traitor. However, in round events trump the idle events such as time restrictions.

Basically, you could blame your traitor buddy for killing swine next to you and not IDing it.

I can assure you that favoritism was not at all a factor in this situation, and that @ThatBox, the moderator who slayed you and had you banned, did not perform out of his boundaries. You were killed for, although AFK, being next to an unidentified body. From a staff member's point of view, this common situation is difficult to prove without video evidence, and is usually treated as a word-vs-word situation, purely to avoid biased decisions, as we don't take one player's word over the other's.

Your situation was exactly this; the player had claimed that you stood by an unidentified body, and there were no means of evidence that were provided. When ThatBox was not able to act on the word vs word situation, you took matters into your own hands and attempted to kill the player that killed you the previous round, resulting in the slays on you. You're never allowed to take matters into your own hands and revenge RDM, and if you disagree with a staff member's judgement, you may contact an administrator or create a forum report. All of this led up to your ban, which was globalized due to your history, this being your fourth offense.

Normally, I'd leave this open for ThatBox to provide all of his evidence, but you've summed it all up in your posts, and made your intentions pretty clear. Your ban will not be lifted, and this appeal will be denied.

Your concerns are appreciated, and I'm sorry if we left an ill taste in your mouth, but please understand that the decisions made tonight were not fueled by bias, and ThatBox's judgement was correct.

As @CDriscoll pointed out, I am the moderator that slayed you and requested the global due to a very clear case of revenge RDM. To cap off, your report on Waifu was deemed invalid by one of our trial moderators due to GBA being seen in the situation and there be no way for us to prove otherwise. Seeing this, you decided to go ahead and RDM Waifu as you state in the report below.
