There really needs to be some sort of rule when it comes to KOS' involving 2 innocents. 9/10 times when Person A calls out Person B and he's innocent. Person C kills person A. Then person D kills person C. Person E kills person D. If someone calls someone out and they are innocent, kill whoever called them out. If they are also innocent it should stop there because there was some sort of rdm or mistake.
This sounds like a rage post to me. As you can see in our rules Calling a KOS on an innocent is a traitorous act. If the person who calls the KOS is the cause of many innocent deaths, he can and will most likely be banned for Mass RDM and he indirectly killed all those people. Now where this CANNOT be made into a rule is because people won't always remember who called the KOS. Or like what @Peter Parker was saying, a traitor could just say "Oh I killed this guy because _______ called a KOS on him!". It can be used as a tactic, but it will never be rule because it is called common sense to kill whoever committed a traitorous act.
I could be a T and just call out he whole sever. This just seems dumb here's a solution to your problem don't kos other players.
When you play with unskilled players that are unfamiliar with the rules, this kind of thing happens. When you play with skilled players, you still have the chance of getting killed for killing an innocent that's KOS'd, but most of the time, the caller gets killed and that's the end of it. Pro Tip: If you kill an innocent with a KOS on them, call a detective to their body, then move their body to someplace they won't find it.
