Why you should be unbanned:

I have no idea why i was banned, i believe it might have been RDM and leave, i dont remember being reported or being sentenced to a slay before leaving because i was tired and it was around 2 in the morning. I did hear someone complain about prop damage RDM but i stay for multiple rounds afterwards and nothing happened. I have been banned before and it seems very unreasonable to use my past for such an excessive ban without giving me a chance to serve a slay im pretty sure i never had before i left.​

Evidence of Innocence:

i have no evidence as i left the server at night and woke up to find I was banned across all servers.​

was it 5th offense within a couple days or throughout my whole time on this server, if so when do they go away and if they dont that seems highly excessive to keep a record for such a long period which can easily get me banned for 1 offense multiple months later

 

It was throughout your time on the server, which resets every 3 months from the last ban issued or better known as statue of limitations. I will let @Kasta provide the evidence and discuss with him on the verdict.

 

alright, also can he tell me if a slay or report was issued before i left, because idk how i can RDM and leave if i didnt know i had RDMed and/or got a report/slay before i left

 

I don't have access to my PC right now but I do remember the original RDM case. I'll go ahead and describe it.

We were playing Canyon and there was a group of players on the top of the tallest building. I, being a Traitor, threw a grenade into the group of 5-6 players and ran away. You then proceeded to gun down a Detective as an innocent because you thought he threw the frag.

Before you could be reported, you left. I took one look at your Adminstats and saw that you had a history of breaking our rules and figured you could use some more time away to rethink how you play the game on our servers in the future.

I'll give you one day (24 hours) to respond with any reasoning as to why I should unban you and I will decide then.

can you give me the date on that, if it was yesterday then this whole ban is a mistake, i never played canyon yesterday or atleast im very sure i didnt and i do not remember that scenario. I did have my name changed from gamer450X to Johnny2Toes and then back because there were multiple gamers on the server. Also im not accusing myself on this but the certain situation does seem actually reasonable, if someone feels in danger of a detective then they have reason to kill them. Like i said i swear i do not remember this situation ever actually happening and it seems your banning me for my past and not for the situation at hand because i wasnt reported for it. Can you please provide me with some video, screenshot, or convo of this happening because i swear it didnt happen to me.

So, thanks to @TheCoCoFTW, I've got a screenshot for the incident that led to your ban.

You shot a detective approximately 7 seconds after a grenade that I threw caused damage to multiple players, including yourself.

I can see how you may have thought the detective threw the grenade seeing as he did throw a smoke around the same time the frag was thrown but the fact is that he didn't damage you, yet you gunned him down.

With 4 RDM and Leave bans under your belt already, you'd think that maybe you would be more careful when leaving after committing an act that could have been considered RDM.

With that being said, we have a low tolerance for players who constantly break rules and don't learn from their punishments. Take your time away from the servers to perhaps reflect on your gameplay. When you come back, remember to ask a staff member if you are ok to leave before you log off. It will save you some future headache.
