I am optimistic about this suggestion, however I'm also a little concerned about the logistics. I haven't played on the LP server enough, so I don't know all of the maps situated on it. I would agree that it would be an excellent server to include a Prop Hunt fun round; being that all the maps are small and the population can't get terribly high to cause cluster issues. However I would need to look at each LP map and the amount of props that are on each one first.
Sorry but this is possibly worse than @LeBlonde James suggestion to remove the crowbar Prop hunt has its own game mode and should stay it's own game mode -1 EDIT: You know what scratch that, why the hell not? This sounds awesome and yes we do need more fun rounds I +1 THIS SUGGESTION!
The Hidden is also it's own gamemode and we implemented that because it was a fun idea. Prop Hunt is also it's own gamemode and is fun to play - we look for fun things to do in fun rounds.
