I had to get somewhere quickly, and had to get off.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I was playing Innocent motel when It turned 8 P.M. E.S.T. I had to get off for I had to get somewhere quickly so I asked if I had any slays. No reply. So I said I gtg in admin chat and still no replys. When I come back about a hour later it says a 5 day ban (probally rdm and leave.) when all I did was get off to go somewhere and the staff member didn't reply in time. I was either slayed from some innocent that I shot that was in the t room when I was D, or from the jihad the last round so I can get quick kills and go. Can the moderator reply back. Thank you for reading my appeal and hope you can think of a way to fix it all.​

Hello @MikeTheDead(THEPOTATO), Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban. Lets get to it shall we? First as you said it was because you jhaided with no warning at the spawn of Innocent Motel, you failed to see your 2 T buddies. After this you said "gtg" (Please note all of the evidence will be added at the bottom of this reply) Then instead of giving me time to respond, you instantly left. Not only did you not ask if it was okay to leave you just left and thought it would be okay. While doing this I assumed that you have no regard for our rules because you didn't warn about the jhaid and damaged two T Buddies for 80+ damage at the start of the round. Seeing as you didn't ask if it was okay to leave you should give me a really good reason to unban you. Otherwise your ban will not be lifted. And your appeal will be denied. You have 12 hours to respond.

I might as well give it a shot. From the jihad, I never give warnings since I always use the jihad as soon as I buy it, (hence my name) and everytime I was a t, there were never any warning across of T voice chat. They would never warn unless it got a little clumpy and the t buddies were on the guys ass. I wasn;t thinking and did damage to 2 of them but that doesn't mean it was rdm, it would of been attempt since neither of them died.

 

For the leaving part, I had to go that moment to my house since I wasn't playing at home and I had to go then since it was late and I wouldn't of made it home in time and would of not been able to work on a appeal. If I would of had to go to the doctors that moment I wouldn't wait 5 minutes for a round to end then go later because then I could pass out, or worse. (EXAMPLE.)

 

Thanks for responding so quickly. While reading your response I thought a lot about how this problem could have been solved. Sadly I am going to deny your appeal. You 5 day ban will stay. There is 5 other servers you can play on so you can still enjoy STTT.

But I would suggest:​

• Take the time to read the MOTD and Extended rules
• Warn about weapons such as Frags, or Jhaids
• Ask before you leave
• Give your T buddies ample time to respond to your jhaid
• Use your bantime to review your play styles and your attitude
