Evidence of Innocence:

Theres no evidence but when we were playing I killed a guy on his t round coz i found out he killed someone. Then 2 rounds later an admin comes on and idk what he did but i got banned because of rdm, idrk. I just really like your server a and want to get unbanned. Thanks for looking, and your consideration.​

 

Forgot to add, if I was banned for rdm it was my first offense while in the server and was banned for like 23 days or something

I actually put in a request to globalize when it reached fifth offense. I am currently at a party today/tonight so I will present my evidence for the 5th offense tomorrow or late tonight. I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to point out you were online the day after I banned you, though on another server but you waited a while to make this appeal

I think you'll find quite the contrary. I banned you about a week ago for RDM and Leave Third Offense on Terrortrain.

I'd imagine the circumstances leading up to this event were something like as follows:
You were walking along Terrortrain and came across a player iding a body. You killed him because you suspected he killed the now dead player, but he in fact did not as shown by the following logs.

What happened instead from what I can understand from the logs and the initial report is that Zipgunner was killed by a closing door somewhere on the map and then when Baldskull went to id the body. You killed him after he had already IDed it (as a traitor I might add). I included the full logs prior to the incident to show that he did not kill anyone else over the course of that round.

When I slaid you, you promptly left.

The thing is i did not rdm and leave on every 1 of ur servers, sooo will u interest me?

 

Hello @Moe Lester! I have returned from my festivities and am here to handle 1/3rd your appeal.

First, the report against you

Notice your entire response for killing benhur217 was "doesnt have to say KOS in chat m8......LOL"
I'm still not entirely sure what you meant. A player NOT being KOS'd isn't a valid reason to kill him.

I was going to ask you for your reason for killing him, when you provided the story yourself in the spectator chat

Okay so, killing someone for shooting an innocent is a completely valid reason to kill. But, benhur217 says that Jake died from c4. So, let's go see how Jake died.

Spoiler: Damage logs

benhur217 killed Jake for 125 damage with an explosion 30 sec before the reported indecent happened. The item which gives off 125 explosion damage is a C4. So, benhur217 did not shoot Jake, so you could not have seen him shoot Jake.

You then change your story after many people point out Jake died to a C4.

You say he walked past the unIDed without IDing it, he claims he stopped to ID it. looking back at the report logs (found under the report spoiler) you can see you shot him within one second before the body was IDed by him. That doesn't add up to him walking by it. At the very least he went back to ID it and did and you decided to kill him anyways. It is a traitorous act to not ID a body, but if someone is actively going to ID a body, then it is not traitorous to be near the body, and he was obviously trying to ID it as he did at the same time you shot him, meaning he was looking down at the body to ID it.

For these reasons I concluded you did not have enough evidence to kill him and thus had committed RDM. You had at first given a nonsensical reason in your report, then lied about a second reason, and the third reason doesn't hold up at all.

So, I had issued the slay during the beginning of the next round to give you time to contact me if you needed any explanation while I dealt with some other things I needed to do. You played through part of the round after you had been slain, and then when you died you decided to leave, while the slay was still pending to be issued meaning you committed the offense of RDM and Leave.

When I checked your adminstats I saw that it was your 5th offense, and the 3rd one you had committed in just 4 days. I waited a round for you to return, which you did not. And then issued the ban. Given that mod's cannot ban for more than 8 weeks and 5th offense ban is for 16 weeks, I brought it to the attention of the admins.

I will tag my admin @Salisian to review my judgment, who was also the admin who extended your ban to include the 2 servers you didn't have active bans on.

Considering your changing of stories and the number of bans you occurred in a short amount of time, I am going to DENY my part of the appeal unless overruled by my admin.

 

Despite the evidence against you, you persist in saying that you have caused no trouble and that you have not RDM'd on our servers. You were given three active bans in a relatively short time period, which in my opinion speaks for itself, and is why I am going to deny my part of this appeal and close it. I hope that if and when you return, you will have corrected your style of playing. Good day.
