Why you should be unbanned:

The reason I was banned was I think was a false KOS. Why I gave this KOS was because when I was going up a ladder because I fell in the ocean, I was shot nearly dead. I look behind myself and I see a person dead and another person behind him. I suspected that he was the traitor, then he quickly ran towards the body to identify it. Then on instinct I KOS'ed. He asked me to remove it but I did not hear him say it because I was talking with some friends at my house. Either way I didnt know if I should have removed it because he could have identified the body to save himself so I wasnt sure either way. This is the whole story before I got banned. If it was the KOS I wasnt so sure if I should remove it because you could have been the traitor just protecting your self by identifying it. After this KOS incident I was reported by him and I responded just like this in a way. I finished sending the report and I left the game before it started or maybe it was when it started. Sorry I put that false KOS on you, but I really thought you killed that guy, that was in the water.

Hello there Nexus, I hope you have had a great day.

In the event which had occurred, you false KOSed a player on suspicion, leading to their unfortunate death. As stated in our rules, you are not permitted to KOS or kill based off of suspicion on our servers. Since you called the KOS, you are held responsible for that player's death. Now what resulted in the ban, was the fact you left immediately before I issued a slay. I will provide the logs below.
