Why you should be unbanned:

First off i was never able to respond to any of the three reports i was given, due to the fact that i was karma banned before i could respond. The ban i received for 6 days was for mass rdm, but that can be explained. In short it was crossfire​

Evidence of Innocence:

On Community Pool i was a d, and we were all in the t tester room, when somebody (a t or rdmer i never got to determine) shot off a double barrel. In an effort to kill the person that had shot at 4 people i opened fire with a Kac PDW . Unfortunately i managed to kill three innos in an effort to kill the attacker.


The hallway this took place in, is the one that leads into the t tester room. With 4 maybe 5 cramped in the narrow hallway it's hard to tell who is the attacker and who's an inno. Finally i would like to add that it's hard not hit 4 people cramped in that hallway, ecspecially with everyone strafing trying to kill the attacker.​

I was the one who banned you in this incident.

When the situation took place, you explained over mic several times that it was crossfire and you were attempting to kill a traitor.
Normally I would agree with you, however take a look at the damagelogs:

As you can see, you were using a fully automatic weapon and managed to hit no one except for three innocents, killing them all.
In this case I see two possible scenarios here:

1. This was not crossfire at all and you RDM'ed three people
2. This was crossfire resulting from recklessly shooting without care

I don't believe that a triple RDM without hitting a single traitor could be seen as a valid crossfire incident.

Hello 50Nifty, I can see from Big Al's screenshot that you did indeed fail to hit the Traitor, probably Wigglytuff, when you opened fire. However, the damage does occur over a 2 second period, probably how long it took you to shoot the 30 bullets from the KAC PDW magazine. It may have indeed been an attempt to kill a Traitor, but crossfire is not opening into full-auto fire in a crowd of innocents, hoping that you hit the Traitor.

Please be more careful in the future. We normally excuse 'crossfire' when the situation allows for it, but in this case, I think it was appropriate to ban for Mass RDM.

 

I understand completely were your coming from, but as you can see wigglypuff damaged penis with a db. I was responding to that shot fired, and in this case it seems that wiggly slipped out when i began shooting at that t

I understand that you were responding to a shot that was fired, but you can't just turn around, and fire blindly at 3-4 people, hoping to hit the person behind that crowd.

The ban will be approved but not voided. Please be more much more careful in the future.
