Why you should be unbanned:

I RDMed 2 people on Dolls with a discombob (for stupid reasons) and would take the slaying for 2 rounds. The first round went by while I was slain then the on the second round the maps were changing and my computer crashed from the over capacity of players. I quickly joined back hoping not for it to change to rdm and leave and tried to tell the only mod on that server and he said just wait for the ban appeal and you should be accepted (this was Kynwall by the way) so here I am now not wanting to wait 60 days to wait to get back on my favorite server.​

Just as a bit of a reinforcer I have a friend who plays with me sometimes and lately whenever the server changes maps his game crashes, so that is not made up.

I'll post my evidence and give you the final verdict at the end of this post.

Firstly, the report of course

You threw a discomb as an innocent on TerrorTrain which killed a Detective.
The victim then proceeded to report you and your reply was "k".

Now i'm not sure if that was intentional RDM or you didn't know the rules but,
You are NOT allowed to throw incens or discombs as an innocent.

That was your offence and why I slayed you.

After you were being slayed, you then left the server.

Considering this is your 4th RDM and Leave offence, I highly doubt you didn't know the rules that you had to stay for a FULL round.
However, since you claim otherwise that you "crashed", I will give you the benefit of the doubt if you can provide sufficient evidence such as crash logs. @Finn

You have a day to post evidence or whatever you have to prove your statements.
But for now, this report has been DENIED.

 

I am using a different PC as of this moment and also am not sure how to upload a crash report. Is there by any chance for when I do get back on that I can just serve the rounds of slaying since it was partially the Mods and Admins fault for not kicking about 10 spectators that been there for an hour and reserving the slots for players that play and overload the server and put it into over-capacity.

With your history of RDM & Leave, along with many other colorful bans, you might be able to understand why we have a hard time believing that you crashed, instead of just leaving and trying to come back to serve a few slays after you saw the length of the ban.

or you can google it yourself if you don't trust the link, there are plenty of resources for you to use on the internet to find garry'smod crashlogs. Those keywords should get you started. With these logs we can see why your client or our servers dropped you, and clear your name.

If you cannot provide evidence of you crashing in the next 7 hours, this appeal will be denied and locked, and you will serve the remainder of your ban.

 

Well like I said I try to quickly join back so I wouldn't deal with this situation right now but was not given a chance and also like I said I'm using a different PC to reply to this so I am not able to give a crash log so I would like to postpone the decision until further notice until I CAN give evidence of crashing which would be unfair. I will gladly serve the ban until I can give reasonable evidence of my crashing if more time was given by any chance.
