So, I didn't join the forums til the 23 of March last year, BUT I had around 30 hours of playtime before I joined so, estimating that, this is around a year of my first time playing on the servers. So this is kinda my story of the servers, how it has changed in my eyes, so enjoy the following edition of Storytime with Klutch So I used to be a regular on Quicksilver Gaming (that server is dead now *cricri*). I got perma banned for mass RDM, because I was like, "Meh, I'm just about done with these servers, the ban probably won't be perma, whatever!" and I was wrong. They dropped that damn ban-hammer on me. So I came to these servers, thinking that nothing could be better than Quicksilver, because they were good servers, minus my sorry RDMing ass. I was wrong with that thought. I found a server with non-generic, M9k guns, something that automatically attracted me. That was so damn impressive, because not many other servers that I had played on had M9k. After putting in about 30 hours, I was like, "I wanna be a mod." So, I applied. It got denied, as it should have, it was so freaking awful. As @Muffin, he back up how crap it is. He even -1'ed it LOLOL. It was so bad. (BTW, Muffin was still McMuffin at the time, and he was a MOD!) So the staff back then was Angelx and Competer as lead admins, Carned as an admin, urisk, sinz, and muffin as mods. Pretty damn different. So, after my denial of an application, I played on the servers for awhile, putting hours into the servers and such. Then, I got pretty burnt out of TTT, so I took a GMod break for a couple months. I came back to the servers not too long later, not much had changed, put more hours in, etc. I did that process a few times, until I was so burnt out that I took like a 5-6 month break of GMod. When I came back, I found Sinz as an admin, a crap ton of staff changes. All the people I had met and befriended in my previous time of gameplay were gone, replaced by new, weird, unfamiliar people. But, then I decided, "screw it, I'll give these new people a try," and I loved them. That was in December. Now, 3 months later, I love the servers again, I couldn't be happier with the staff, and I'm proud to say I'm in the community. So there's my story, hope you enjoyed, here's to STTT!

It's a real fun community to get back into. Underneath the inevitable gmod trolls and jerks, the community has a has a plethora of long time, genuine people.
Lots of people leave from lack of interest or ending up on bad terms with the community. It's an achievement in itself to stay so long. Can't wait until my 2 year anniversary this october.
Recently passed my 1st anniversary. My one year anniversary of being a staff member comes up on the 22nd of March.
