I have people to vouch for me.
He banned me twice. Both for short periods of time. The first was only a minute or so, the second was 15 minutes.
The first was semi understandable.
I was rude, though for a good reason.
I thoroughly enjoy this server, I personally think it's one of the better TTT servers.
So when I was slain for a very nonsensical reason I became agitated. He also flat out refused to listen to me. My karma was at 982. I killed one person, completely by accident.
There was a jihad, the person I killed was standing in front of me.The person I killed was within range of that jihad, I heard the noise and shot him. I honestly thought it was him. He was not mad at me for killing him. I beleive he understood what happened.
It wouldn't make sense to RDM him anway, since I knew there was a jihad by way of sound.
Again, I was banned after saying some things to Nightmare that were immature, but understandable since he would not listen whatsoever.
Banned.
I came back, and said nothing more of the subject.
10 or so minutes go by.
I call someone out that walked past a dead body.
I misheard something, asked multiple times why someone who didn't do anything was slain. I thought the person that was slain ( his name had the word "cupcake" in it) was related to the player I had called out.
I then realized what had happend. So I shut up. I minunderstood.
He told me to quit complaining about a slay, after I stopped asking why he was slain, because I figured it out.
I was confused.
Banned for 15 minutes.
I see that he has been complained about before on the forums.
I hope the proper actions are taken, though I do not know how high up on the chain of command he is.

You were banned for 15 minutes specifically for telling Nightmare to, and I quote, "Shut the fuck up."

 

Ahnuld, I am not to sure that there is a rule saying ban for 15 minutes. When they say Stfu to an admin, you are suppost to warn the person that is saying the words.

 

... so you think telling someone to shut the fuck up is okay? Respect is a big deal; it's one thing to screw around and get butthurt at a bad round, it's another thing to be a disrespectful tool for no reason. I remember the guy that I removed and he deserved it. He was warned and continued.

There is a big ol' thing saying mods can change punishment at their discretion; rules are there as guidelines. This guy pushed to hard and was punished (if you can call a fifteen minute ban a real punishment) accordingly.

It should be noted that Pillar has been a pretty good member since then.
