So when the round begins, i turn traitor, and i go into the elevator to have someone break it, i am halfway down the shaft and it breaks, i'm stuck so i use @stuck and he instead slays me when i'm the last T for delaying when i couldn't do anything about it, he states if i can still move i am not stuck.​

Hello @TheyTHinkImNinja or Max the Potato! Hope you're having a good day! Thank you for reporting me to see whether I overstepped my bounds regarding the ulx commands!

As I have stated before, the only times that I personally teleported players is if they are physically unable to move from their original position. That is specifically why I did not teleport you out since you were still physically able to move in that area.

Considering my admin has already been tagged, I will leave it to him to give a verdict.

All i have to say otherwise with this is that i couldnt move out of the elevator even tho i was trying, i spammed the button and everything and i couldnt move, i said stuck and you say what you did... Stuck is never defined in the rules but i was STUCK inside the elevator

The answer to this question as stated by @Sinz is that we can not bring or teleport players that are stuck while a feature of the map is being played. Such as the elevator on bank.

Regardless of this Thorn is still going to be giving his verdict.

From my viewpoint, based on how I read this:

If @TheyTHinkImNinja was an innocent, asking for a teleport out of the elevator could have been denied, since exploding the elevator is part of the map and is a traitor tool to catch innos and kill them.

However, @TheyTHinkImNinja was a T inside the elevator unable to do his traitor duties because the elevator is broken. This causes delaying of the round, since he literally cannot do anything. I would have recommended teleporting him out of the elevator, because he needs to finish up the round. Refusing to teleport a T outside of the broken elevator and then slaying him for delaying is like being upset at your friend for not hearing you when he's deaf.

Furthermore, staff members are not 100% obliged to teleport someone out of a situation, and it is merely common courtesy. However, I do not think a slay for delaying should have been placed on the player in question. If you were able to witness the events yourself, and see that the T cannot continue the round because he is stuck in an area with no exit, you should probably teleport him to stop him from delaying. Slaying the T sounds odd to me.

I have to concur with Darktooth in the case of the slay for delay. It was valid in a sense, but it was not at the fault of you. If anything he could have asked an admin if he could bring you.

However. Guilty and a bunch of other staff members including myself have been told we can not bring under the conditions you were in. So I ask you to please understand his verdict as he was going off of his knowledge.

 

This is a quote that directly explains how the situation works in that favor. The rules do not have all the pieces of information that the staff abide by public for non-staff players simply because non-staff will not ever use these commands or protcol. This is why the definition of stuck is not defined here.

Next, let's go over why you were slain. You were indeed stuck in the elevator with the ability to move. However, you ALSO had a c4 with you that you kept on arming and disarming as a result. You had the option to let the c4 go down all the way, but you did not let it go down and you just kept on disarming it. As a result, I chose to slay you on that issue.

 

Considering that you were stuck in the elevator, a feature of the map, you were unable to be teleported. In this situation, it sucks but the best that you can do is either suicide, or activate a C4 and let it go off hoping for the best. Report against guilty is found invalid topic locked.
