Singular RDM Reports such as this one can be determined of little significance by an Administrator or above.

As for this report, do you have any screenshots of the logs, or anything of the sort?

 

He killed quite a few people 4-5 and has since left.

 

I have dealt with him, worry not my child. Those who take the liberty to live from others has been punished!
