If I RDM I do wait out my slays. The last time I was on I was spec-ing for a few rounds before I logged off. ​

There was a report filed against you on round 6 which carried over to the next map. Your response read as "I saw you shoot the inno batman". I attempted to communicate that DarkendDawn had not shot his weapon nor had he damaged anyone near the time frame you killed him, but you did not respond for several minutes. After patently waiting I slayed you, and you left the game immediately there after. Your ban history accounts for the long ban time that was given, as this is your 7th offense of RDM & Leave, and you are also notorious for your bad behavior on our servers.
As for the kill itself, according to the logs DarkendDawn had not shot his weapon prior to you killing him, and your response claimed he did. You mention the name "batman" in the report, which may have been you referring to the player "KingAngel" (KingAngel is known to use this skin) a traitor at the time who had just killed an innocent prior to you killing DarkendDawn.

 

@The Law, it's been one week since your post on the manner.

 

Given that the player who is appealing this very lengthy ban has not yet signed into the forums to see the explanation of why he was banned and make any further replies, I'll be leaving this appeal open for another week. If no replies are given by then, then the appeal will be locked and denied.

 

sorry been away, ill take my slays/ban its ok as I dont really recall that night anymore.
I am usually at work playing and spec out at times or disconnect, and usually do respond to PMs, my record is negative so its understandable, ill just trust in The Law.
