Just use PC Part picker. It reccomends trusted retailers, and even gives you the cheapest options. Built my own PC using it just last week. If you need any help selecting parts or putting your PC together, add me on Steam or message me on the forums!
I wouldn't solely use PCP. It's good for a general view and to check compatibility but they have some parts missing/have incomplete info sometimes.
