There is also evidence here of the events. I should note this topic was locked because I had been gagged/muted multiple times, however after Polt/Bahmas had told me to stop, you'll note from logs I did not continue to say nor harass anyone, and that the original gag is over an hour apart from the one captured in these pictures, where again, I was gagged while speaking with other players and was claimed to be "mic spam" and not harassment. In spite of clear stated disparities, the thread against Guilty was locked under the illusion I had been gagged multiple times, frequently for the same issue, which was not the case.

There is clear evidence from another player, and no doubt more on the server. The fact that Guilty is so quick to immediately deny an appeal to a ban he made, and again, mismanaging of truth to have a thread against him locked is alarming. I was really enjoying playing on this community, and the fact that I have been banned in a very mean-spirited and bullying way, inspite of others bringing evidence to light that Guilty was being very mean and aggressive with his moderation.

On other servers evidence would be examined, sides listened to, and facts found. Literally within 20 minutes I have been banned, appeal denied, and any attempt to discuss it denied, as well as external players bringing evidence being locked for reasons that contradict events in said evidence. It would be something that would take more than a few measly minutes .

This mob mentality of one moderator doing something crappy and being called out for it, so you need to gang up on the player is really upsetting. I wouldn't be going through the effort to get unbanned if I didn't care for this server and want to be back on it as soon as possible. Literally over a word that another person couldn't read, which was and still isn't stated in the rules.​

Also noted in the previous thread, you posted the other example of me being gagged. With no proof of me saying offensive things afterwards, and no continued gags beyond that until I was gagged for "mic spam".

 

Your appeal was already denied by me before. Do not make multiple appeals or you may face further punishment. One more image I neglected to add in your previous appeal with you calling a player "a fucking moron".
