i was playing the round out, and heard someone say kim jong un, but i thought nothing of it, then i saw kim jong, and typed in chat and asked if he was kosed, then he killed me and said that i kosed him, report him, and he says that i practically kosed him. there was no mis-communication through language or voice because i typed this.​

To start this off, you are reporting because i did not slay the person you reported, which is strange. Anyway, basically I have been playing before and when someone says "kos on Lord Of Chaos?" then i will get shot and killed, because the way they say it is a leading question to a kos. Also, a lot of times people don't hear you completely or are confused and kill the person anyway. So I didn't slay him, because you basically called a kos on him which could have gotten him killed. It usually ends up with a kos unless someone makes sure to say in voice chat "no no don't kos Lord Of Chaos"

 

If you get killed because a question asking about a KOS is asked, then it's RDM. The player following the "KOS?" should have been slain.

 

theres the difference of your story, and what i said. I TYPED THIS, I USED CLEAR PUNCTUATION, there is no other way i can ask a question, he shot me for asking if he was kosed, he should have been slayn, your story is irrelevant to the context of my report, voice and typing are completely different, although i understand that voice you should kill them for it, but typing, it is obviously a question, i know no action will be taken against you for this, but next time dont tell me that my question was a statement, when i clearly put a "?" at the end. lock this thread, i think he knows what a question mark is used for now. heres a quick link just in case anyone else has the same issue, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Question_mark ..... sorry for my attitude im just surprised that a member of staff doesnt know what a question mark is used for sorry

In this case, the player should have been slain. An accusation only really becomes a KOS when the player is accused of committing a traitorous act. This report has been found valid, and Lord of Chaos will be spoken to. Thanks for your patience!
