Reason For Report:

I have been rdm'd multiple times, all have been legit rdm's. I report them and Mistlebane will do nothing. He usually just says "it's word against word" when there are plenty of witnesses. He isn't doing his job. and it's really ruining my experiance.​

@Mistlebane will respond when he can. I will also tag @Toxin as he is his admin.

 

Do you have any evidence to prove that @Mistlebane was not doing his job? AKA Video evidence? Because if you do not have any substantial evidence against a player when you get killed, then the situation becomes a "word against word" situation. If a word vs word situation comes up, then a staff member cannot take action unless the victim has video evidence of what happened.

As I was asking the player about specifics when the player left. As stated above unless you have video evidence I cannot do anything leading it to be a word vs word, because I did not witness this.

 

Hello @DominatingOreo , unless you have any further evidence, I am going to mark this as invalid.

Please present evidence, otherwise this will be handled as word vs word.
Know that in these types of situations, we cannot simply take a players side just because they said so, we need evidence. If a player stated that you came out of a T room (which is a traitorous act) and you said that you didn't, who are we to believe? We need evidence.

I will give you some time, but if you cannot present any evidence until the end of this day, I will close this report.

The whole lobby agrees that he wasn't doing anything, but fine i guess if serious ttt is a server you can rdm on then theres been an update or something because i recall rdm being bad

 

RDM is never allowed, but if you're reporting a player, then it's natural that you should have some evidence needed to prove that the offender did commit a wrongful act. That's how it's always been on these servers.

 

The player who was killed was killed for coming out of the traitor room. If Mistlebane did not witness this event to have any counter evidence, or unless you have a video proving you did not come out of the T room, then a slay would be issued. However because there is doubt that it might be RDM (in this case, the player said you came out of the traitor room) we don't issue a slay for RDM.

Since you claim you did not come out of the T room, it's your word against his, and players are innocent until PROVEN guilty, so we cannot take your word over his and issue a slay to someone who has not been PROVEN guilty.

 

Since Oreos has failed to present any evidence, I am going to mark this report invalid.
