Seeing the extensive history I have with you; and the countless of warnings I have given you, I indeed muted you for saying 'Lord I cock block your trolls'
My observations throughout the weeks combined with your adminstats show you have the tendency to go towards harassing other players very easily.
This is why I decided to mute you as a first warning, instead of sending you a personal message.

Edit: I would like to add that muting you as a first warning is a valid according to the rules.

 

To me this looks like banter and I feel that a mute shouldn't of been issued.

 

I'd normally agree, but disagree on this occasion.

That doesnt make any sense, all I told him was "im ignoring your trolls, lord" but i wanted to put it in a funny way. Learn to tell the difference between jokes and harrassment please.

 

Change your attitude towards players and I will give you the benefit of the doubt in these kinds of situations.
And I know this example might be leaning towards your favor; But the insults you gave me just yesterday would write a whole different story. And that does not include the insults you have given to other players and the cummulations of warns I have given you over the past few weeks.

Which is the reason why I lean towards not giving you any benefit of the doubt. I strongly feel you should know better by now.

I would also like to add as last part;
I was called on the server from the shoutbox with the message that a lot of people were spamming and some harassment was going on.
As I just joined myself I muted you seeing you insulting. Party because of your history and partly to set an example towards other players that 'playtime' was over.

 

I think for the time being we should leave this thread here and wait for Taco to come to a verdict.

 

I was recently muted by Forcie for saying "you are an idiot" to someone yesterday, so I'd just like to say that in my opinion he takes that harrassment thing too far

I can say that trying to understand your logic is almost like rocket science.

 

I copied these from today's chat that i just found. People harrass in-game everyday and they don't get gagged or muted ever. So why mute people for saying stuff like "you are an idiot" or "Lord i cock block your trolls". Seriously thats not even harrassment and thats what you muted him for? I don't understand that at all...
