Reason For Report:

I accidently fired my pistol due to my brother coming up behind me and scaring me, which made me twitch and click, setting off a barrel and accidently killing a fellow traitor. I apologized, once I died from Nadespot RDMing me, He decided to go on and on and insult/Harass me over voice while Python, a trial mod mind you, sat there and did nothing.

He just kept going on "hurr you got Downs Syndrome" "hurr you have Autism" "hurr you should go play minecraft." Jsut random annoying shit.

To be honest someone like this scum shouldn't be allowed on these servers and should be perminantly removed.


The next round he fired at me while he was a T and I blasted him. He then reports it as RDM.​

Evidence And/Or Witnesses:

None other than my word, I don't exactly record every game of Gmod cause if I did I'd have 1300+ hours of it.​

 

Hello Yamato, I had just arrived onto the server after this event had occured. I will ask @ant. or @Python for any evidence that they might have on this player, because they were on the server when I arrived. I had already asked you ingame if you had any evidence of the alleged harassment, and you had told me that it was all done in voice chat. Can you confirm this in a response to this post, just for the record?

I just mean can you inform anyone who may read this report that you do not have any evidence of the harassment other than your word.

Hello Yamato. As you stated, I was on at the time, however I did not hear this going on. And, being a trial mod, I couldn't have done anything if I did.
Your best bet in situations like this would to get a recording with the voice chat included so we can prove this did happen, as my word as a Trial Mod does not hold much significance in this situation unless I as well have proof.

I hope this inconvenience can be avoided in the future so you can have a pleasant time on our servers

 

As there has been no evidence provided against the accused player, I have no choice but to mark this report as invalid.

I am sorry about any harassment that may have occurred, but as Python stated, in situations like these where the harassment is occurring via voice, it is best to provide a video clip with audio. I realize that not everyone has video capture capabilities, but without proper evidence, nothing can be done.
