Why you should be unbanned:

In several cases in which i was reported for rdm, I always address my actions which could be a series of things ranging from misfires, distractions, and simple reflex in which I panic and shoot the person closest to me under suspicion. I have always taken my punishment and have never mass rdm'd and left despite what may show up on my record. If i may have unadressed my actions in the servers it most likely was because i do not pay attention to the chatbox and listen to music while i play. I have never as long as I have played on these servers intended to break the rules as I have a great amount of fun participating and playing with others, these servers consist of the vast majority of my game times played on gmod and I do truly miss the opportunity to play on them. Although I have no evidence to prove my innocence, I can assure you that my intentions are pure and that if I have violated any rules, my actions were more than likely inadvertent.​

Hello Trippyninja you were banned by @Armor for "RDM & Leave-3rd Offense"

If he doesn't wish to respond I am sure his former admin @Opii would have no problem responding to your ban appeal.

You were also banned by @Silent Rebel for "RDM & LEAVE 4TH OFFENSE".

You were then globalized by an admin so you will be unable to play on any of the other servers during the ban appeal.

Hello! I am no longer a moderator, but I do have the screenshots of the report+logs against you. If I recall correctly, these are the set of events that took place prior to your ban.

Here is a screenshot of the report. Just below the report filed against you, there is a report that you had filed. I found the report against Jeorl invalid, but you felt that he had rdmed you. Thus, leading us to the report filed against you. Seeing as you opened fire 37-seconds into the round, also at a detective, I found you guilty of rdm. However, you left before I could issue you a slay. Then, I looked into your admin stats, and banned you accordingly. I will not be removing my ban, because of the evidence that suggests, you deserved the ban. I can not comment on your 4th-RDM & Leave ban, because I did not issue it.


@Silent Rebel will respond at his earliest convenience, with his reasoning of why you received a RDM & Leave-4th Offense ban.

I do not remember this particular situation by will accept the blame and the punishment, however, I do normally play late at night which would explain me leaving before you got the chance to speak to me.

UPDATE: I do now remember this situation, my friend and I had been casually messing around with props on the map, throwing them out of the map and in no direction towards other players, this other player walks up to me for no reason and starts to shoot at me, i know that throwing props is a kos'able offense but we had not been throwing them at any other players and were near no one else on the map. I thought it was unfair that i was killed by him and i had filed a report that i had felt did no justice as you chose not to take action simply because it was "my word against his". My friend by the name of Bilbo who as well as myself frequently plays on these servers can attest to my testimony.
