Why you should be unbanned:

Because Rice has failed to cooperate with me. I tried to tell him that I didn't mean to damage a guy that spooked the shit out me when he came out of no where from behind a open door. I apologized but then get slain 2 times on the next map rotation... I then get banned for 24 hrs for "harassment" is this a fucking joke ? Rice is such clear evidence that you make sure that your staff is good..... I mean I have played on your servers for many months, if not a year, and I have never came across someone as dumb as he was. He was not a good admin at all... THANKS for wasting 2 rounds of my life Rice. You really are a great admin....​

As you know you were banned by @Rice for "harassment". I would like you to note that having this type of attitude is not going to help you get unbanned. I would advise you take a deep breath and calm down. During this appeal process you are welcome to play on any one of our 4 servers.

 

I'm going to go ahead and put in my 2 cents here.
Rice did not "fail to cooperate" with you. You constantly argued with him about the slay. You even referenced the !motd and noticed that it does include "random damage", when at first you had believed it was for randomly killing only. After (and during) your slays, you constantly harassed Rice as well as anyone who had opposing views which went against your mindset on the issue. The ban for harassment was just, in my opinion. Players in the lobby also have demos of the occurrence, so you will become the "aggressor" instead of the "victim" as soon as they are uploaded.

You were slayed for exactly what you described. As @xTimmonZ had PMed me asking for your reason, and you confessed to having shot him. I had originally slayed you for 1 round seeing has your confessed your story, which I really should not have done, but slayed you again for the correct amount after flooding the admin chat & harassment over mic. You had already been warned multiple times for harassment, slurs to multiple people. Some of which include @Zathion , @wompzilla , @Noodles . You were then banned for harassment after your slays had been served.

Shadow please try to carry and represent yourself in a professional manor. You are exhibiting the behavior that got you banned on the serve in the first place. You 1) disrespected staff 2)disrespected other players and 3) threw a tantrum when an instance of moderation didn't go your way.
Rice has been doing an excellent job and the person at fault here is you.

 

ok I was on when this was all going on I saw him yelling and not leaving another player alone he was gaged, and still after ungagged keeped harassing calling names and general trolling as well

Shadow I agree with timmy and rice you were harassing them and you should not get unbanned in my opinoin you should get an extension

 

Well, since I think there's been more then enough evidence with both in-game, from players, the shoutbox, and here. I'm going to deny this appeal.

If my admin @ThatBox or any other administrator feels I'm wrong please let me know.
