um I was banned for throwing a grenadebut I accidenty pressed the mousepad of my laptop so it just threw I tried to explain but the round just ended and I got kicked out of the server I wasn't planning to rdm and leave, I was expecting to get slain and I don't care if I get slain when I get back in the server but pls don't ban me from this server I looove this server so much​

Thank you for filing this appeal. The bans list show you were banned on West 2 by CONSOLE for Mass RDM ( 5 ). The ban was then globalized with the description History & RDM & Leave 1st Offense, also by CONSOLE.

Unfortunately, I do not have more info as to who banned you, as normally Karma bans are given by CONSOLE and no other bans should be given if such an event occurs.

An admin or another mod will provide more info.

 

I was not the one who banned you for RDM & Leave first offense, that shouldn't have happened if you were karma banned. I believe it was @FrostedBlade judging by the format of the ban.

I was the one who banned you for Mass RDM (5) and the globalized and extended it due to your history. You will not take these slays as this move was carless and damaged 5 different players along with ruining one of their T rounds.

I will wait for the other moderator/staff member to respond to their banning of you. I will also edit this post with the evidence when I get home, but seeing as you admit to the throwing of the grenade, my reasoning still stands.

 

I acknowledge that I made a mistakes and I will take this ban for 54 days if I need to but I really hope I get unbanned. thanks for reading my appeal

 

If the RDM + Leave is found to be false and in fact baseless, I will reduce this ban to remain on a single server rather than all of them.

 

well I think it will be technically rdm + leave because I didn't have a chance to get back in the server because of karma ban

Hello Brionlee97, i'm sorry that it took me so long to get back to you, but I see that your appeal was approved anyhow. I was not aware about any grenade throwing going on, but I do believe that I was the one to ban you for RDM & Leave 1ST Offense on West 2. I did this because you killed a player as a detective, 19 seconds into the round (as seen below). I checked the shot logs and confirmed that you did indeed shoot first. Keep in mind, this was all in the 6th round of the map ttt_island. After you died, I didn't get a response from you in the report that was filed against you, and the map changed to 67th_way_v14. I waited until the end of the first round for you to connect, but you didn't, so I issued a ban for RDM & Leave 1ST Offense. I've just checked your admin stats and it appears that there was no karma ban on you from West 2 prior to the ban that I issued to you on West 2.

As you can see above, the innocent you killed did not shoot at all, so I was waiting on your response as to why you killed him.

Naturally, I cannot post a screenshot of your admin stats, but the claim about the karma ban can be confirmed by any other staff if you wish to ask. I had issued this ban because it had appeared to me that you had disconnected from the server in-between the map change. I had not issued a slay onto you yet, because I was waiting on your response to the report. I do believe I had private messaged you in-game about the matter, but I do not have any screenshots of this to back myself up.

Again, your appeal was already approved, so I am just posting this information in hopes that you can see what was going through my head, and my reasoning for issuing the ban in the first place. Just in-case I am missing something about how the karma bans work, I apologize if you were indeed karma banned and could not come back to the server. I also want to apologize for the inconvenience of my late reply. I'm just going to tag my admin in this for self-evaluation @Kenny.
