ToCloseToYou got into the T-Room yes this is true, i was killing an innocent when he got in, and then you murdered him. i found it funny that he didn't kill us, i assume he was just messing around. and until you linked that post i had no idea what meta gaming is as i am not sue i ever encountered it in my time here on the servers.

 

if i recall you told me that it was not meta gaming because he just happened to get in to the t room. i also asked you over T chat if i should kill him. your reply was something along that he just happened to get in and that he was not going to kill me. i asked if it were meta gaming and you said no only if he saw us do a traitorous act. as you say he did see you kill innos when he got in.i did not kill him untill i opened the door to kill someone and he saw me do it. i do not know if it would be meta gaming on my part. if it is i am more than willing to take the punishment.

 

he was killed by you, he didn't kill us, if that was meta gaming then i know of several cases where an inno gets in the t room and doesn't do anything, you killed him approximately 5 seconds after he got in the t room, and until this was brought up i was not sure what meta gaming was.

 

Meta Gaming is basically making game changing "truces" where an innocent might see his friend do a traitorous act and not kill him for it, resulting in Meta Gaming. Anyways, can you clarify if you intentionally let him in the T room? Did you have a knowledge that he wasn't going to kill you? Would you have killed ToClose if your t buddy was not there? These are just some things to think about to decide if it was Meta Gaming or just a pure coincidence. @Toxin will give his verdict soon enough.

 

not intentionally let into t room, actually chubble tried blowing him up, if he tried firing on me i woulda killed him but i lost sight of him as i ran towards the back of the t room near the teleporters to heal.

 

Alright, so I'm going to re-list what happened according to @Killamarshall and @chubblebutt

Chubble claims that
1. Killa purposely opened the Traitor Room to let ToClose inside
2. ToClose has watched Killa do traitorous acts, yet do nothing about it
3. Killa had told Chubble that ToClose wasn't going to kill him
4. Chubble kills ToClose after Chubble had opened the T-Door to kill an innocent

Killa claims that
1. He did not intentionally let ToClose in the Traitor Room
2. When ToClose had entered, Killa was in the middle of killing an innocent
3. ToClose was doing nothing, so Killa goes towards the back, near the teleporters to heal
4. That all of this occurred around a 5 second time-frame

With this in mind, I have a couple of questions.

Chubble:
Can you prove that it was his intention to let ToClose in the traitor room?
Was this only ToClose or was it multiple innocents?
Why didn't you kill ToClose as soon as he got in?
When the question of Meta-Gaming was announced, did this happen during the event or after ToClose was killed?

Killa:
Would you not consider being in a traitor room a traitorous act?
Since you did not deny the fact that ToClose saw you kill someone, why did you brush it off and let him be?
How did you know that ToClose wasn't going to kill Chubble?
When the question of Meta-Gaming was announced, did this happen during the event or after ToClose was killed?

If I got the order of events wrong, please let me know.

 

1. no i can not prove it was intention to let him in.
2.yes ToClose was the only one.
3.idk why i did not kill him right off the bat but i asked killa first via T chat and he told me not to kill him because he said it was not meta gaming. him being a mod i believed him.
4. it was announced before. something had brought up the topic. After i asked if i was to kill ToClose i asked if it was not meta gaming and breaking the rules he said that it was not meta gaming and that meta gaming was not the serious of a punishment any ways.

1. of course being in the t room is a T act
2. i found it funny that he didn't shoot me so i let him off and wasn't going to kill him right away
3. i didn't know he wasn't going to as toclose said in global chat that he was friendly
4. the idea of ME meta-gaming was brought up after ToClose's death, i don't know why it came up before but it came up previously in the map.

Chubble claims that killa had told him whether or not it was meta gaming during the event (when ToClose was inside)
Yet Killa claims that he told chubble after @Toclosetoyou had died.

Also, since you considered being in a T-room traitorous, Toclose had seen you do 2 traitorous acts, being in the T-room and killing an inno

From ToClose getting in the T-room to him getting killed by chubble, how long was this?

 

toclose probably got killed within 3 seconds of getting in the T room

 

I would say that is incorrect. Because it takes more than 3 seconds to get from the T door closest to the D room. (Where ToClose got in) to the T door right next to the tester.( where I killed the inno and ToClose.

 

i don't think so, when i say 3 seconds i mean 3 seconds game time, which is slower than most people count.

 

Well ill start off first by saying that before this indecent i had no idea what meta-gaming was, so if i was Meta-gaming it was unintentional. I also had no idea what was happening in the T chat.

Now a recap of what happened from my view, first I spawned in and went to the gun shop and got ammo. From there I went to the downstairs party room asked some people to come but they never came, so at that point I went into the teleporter to go downstairs. When I got downstairs I asked the D to let me in the D room but they wouldn't let me in so I went to the room right next to the D room where you can get inside the T room. Before this whole indecent me and dark would mess around on other maps and most times if I saw him do something traitorous I wouldn't kill him at first but mess with him just to see his reaction. I was unaware that not killing if you see someone do I traitorous is Meta gaming. Now back to the indecent, so I got in the room next to the D room and the T door opened (I don't know who opened it there were several Ts downstairs so it could have been anyone of them) I saw Killamarshall, chubblebutt, and I think someone else. When I got in the T room and the door closed I believe I saw (this part im having trouble remembering correctly alot was going on at this point) Killamarshall open the door and throw a frag or just start shooting I was mostly looking at chubblebutt at that point. So when that was all happening I went towards tester room because I was following chubblebutt. Now I knew at that point both chubble and killa were Ts but I didn't shoot because I was just messing around. Know keep in mind during this whole thing me and Killamarshall never said that we weren't going to kill each-other and he never admitted to being a T or opening the door, so if it was meta-gaming it was completely unintentional, because me and him never had an agreement not to kill each other or let each other in. Anyways so I was following chubblebutt then we got to the back and he opened the T door to the tester room and proceed to kill someone right by the T door. So he finished killing him while I was watching the whole time, I never fired a shot or showed any kind of aggression towards chubblebutt. Now at this point it’s been about 5-8 sec im not real sure but it was very fast. So then when he came back in he looked at me paused for about 1/4 sec then opened fire on me and killed me and that was the end. After they both died I believe that's when meta-gaming came up, but I have a bad habit of not always looking at the chat unless I see a KOS, so they could have been talking about it before. During this whole indecent I took no advantage when I was in the T room and had no intention to do so. So that's what happened from my POV. If you do decide this was meta-gaming it was completely unintentional and from my ignorance of the rules. Part of the reason I wasn't worried about it, is that when I was admin there was no explicit rule against meta gaming or letting people into the T room, because 9/10 they would kill you and that was the end of it. Sorry for the confusing format if I need to provide a timeline I can but I believe you have everything you need from me. Also a suggestion for the future please state what meta-gaming is in the MOTD because I believe the majority of the players do not know what meta-gaming is and should be warned first. Also sorry for the wall of text just wanted to describe what happened from my POV as accurate as possible.
