Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned for ghosting for "40320 minutes", or 28 days. I have no idea how Lone Wolf came to this conclusion. Who was I ghosting with? What tipped him off I was ghosting? Who did I ghost? I was just talking on mic and having some fun. I didn't RDM, and everything I did was just. At the time I was top on the scoreboard. I was on the server for no longer than a single map time. I can't remember the map name. I'd try to explain what it looks like, but it would take a while and just be confusing. I have been on your servers for a couple months now, and have racked up around 100 hours (of the 200 I have on GMod) and I would never have thought about doing this. The only report I got was someone reporting me for RDM after I killed him when I saw him throw a harpoon at me. I hope you take this appeal into consideration.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Nothing. I don't need to prove my innocence because I did nothing out of the ordinary and was just playing the game. Why I got a ban for a month is completely out of my grasp. It's really my word against an admins word here, and I doubt anything's going to be done, since Lone can really say whatever and, since he's most likely more trusted than me, this appeal will be thrown to the side.​

This player, Neo, said that he got a messsage from you and q1234 while both you and q were dead. According to the message, you and q1234 pmed Neo about a kos on Excal. Can you explain to me why you decided to pm Neo? ( Let me tag @Neo so he can also give his side of the story too)

 

Well I won't deny that I did that, however, I honestly didn't think it was ghosting for a couple reasons. First off, I wasn't talking to someone using another form of communication e.g. TeamSpeak, Skype, Steam Chat, etc, just the !p chat, which is a feature of the servers. I also didn't know it would be ghosting when there was already a KOS on the guy in chat before I died. I was just informing the Detective that there was a KOS on Excalibur, that I had called previously to my death. To add to this, although I see where you're coming from, the Traitors won that round, and Excalibur never died. I also have no idea who this q1234 guy is though, and we have never talked. Probably another guy who was as confused as I was. Now that you've heard my side of the story, I hope you can be persuaded to lessen the ban, or remove it all together.

you told me to kos excal and for proof to scroll up, i clearly did not know that because i attached picture it showed me suspecting them.

 

Considering this was your first time and that you didn't know that private message would be ghosting, i will lessen your ban to two weeks on West 1. Next time, Please don't use Private Message to talk to live players about stuff like koses. Ban Appeal Accepted. Please Lock this thread.
