It's important to use either French or Italian bread when making garlic bread, smoething crusty. Don't skimp out on the most important part of garlic bread! Wonderbread is a no no. Also, be careful to not burn your bread! Undercooked toast can always be heated more, so if you're not 100% sure on your cook time, under-do it first. Next, your garlic. Grab some organic or local garlic from your nearest Stop and Shop. For cheese, I prefer cheddar, but that is up to you! Toast it lightly, as mentioned before, and readjust to your liking. Lightly salt afterwards and enjoy!
