What character traits do you as a community like to see in staff?

Just wanted to get everyone's opinion. If you were to pick the top 3 traits for a staff me never to have what would it be? Ex. Swift handling of reports, fun to play with, sexy hair, being a scrub...

 

Humor, Seriousness, and not being a complete <insert rude and vulgar term here> head/face.

1. Maturity

More specifically:

• Not allowing trolls to get under your skin by being aggressive towards them or showing bias.
• Not putting up with harassment of another player. I've seen some mods who responsibly mute other players for anything offensive or disruptive. I've seen other mods who let players harass a girl who joined the server nonstop for no reason, other than being a girl.
• The ability to see both sides of the story and admit that yes, sometimes moderators/admins are in the wrong.
• Just in general having the balls to actually moderate (slaying people who are delaying/AFK, muting people who are harassing, etc.)

If a mod is capable of doing all of that (and most of them are) then they're good in my book.

 

Selecting a top 3 for me is impossible, because 3 traits aren't enough for a staff member.
