Because he didnt have proof that i was ghosting (all i said was "gunning rdmed me and ending and you killed a T that didnt do anything but didnt identify the body and gunning was innocent" then he said "you are ghosting" then he banned me​

I had asked Raven why he banned Stabby, he said he was ghosting, but was unable to provide me proof of it.

 

Ok so I banned you for ghosting First Offense. So here is how things went down: (Before I start saying why I banned you, I do not have any evidence whatsoever of you ghosting.)
So anyways I banned you for ghosting because You private messaged me in-game saying someone killed you, you did not say he rdmed you at all so I warned you for ghosting. Next you pmed me saying he was innocent and he killed you for no reason. I warned you, and you still pmed me a second time, so I banned you for ghosting. @Opii my admin will give his verdict as well.

 

When i say killed i mostly mean RDM plus you just said "you are ghosting" and didnt say anything else.

 

No, no. I warned you about it and said I wansnt going to ban you. Yet you continued to give me information about 10 seconds after I sent the pm to you.

Thank you for making an appeal as it shows you do care about being a part of the community. You were banned for ghosting by @Raven. The lack of evidence from both parties of the incident make it harder to understand what happened in the situation. However, I will mention that reporting RDM/informing staff of RDM via private message or admin chat is not ghosting. It is recommended that you make a report though for any future cases, rather than telling staff of the incident directly before making a report. I would recommend that Raven not ban players in this situation for ghosting and instead kill himself/go into spectate mode and warn players to make a report before consulting him with any additional evidence of the RDM. Due to the fact that reporting players to staff in this manner is not ghosting and due to a lack of evidence of how the situation occurred, this ban appeal will be approved.
