I was banned for ghosting. While I was playing with two of my friends (who were also banned for the same reason), none of us were communicating outside of the game.
There is a particular "tactic" which I use where I take an overly-paranoid stance. Anyone could be a traitor after all and I typically assume so.
The idea is that, generally, if I act unlike my real self, and become a sort of character (and especially a paranoid one), then it is easy to act consistently whether I am innocent or a traitor.
I accuse a lot of people of being a traitor, in fact, anyone who comes near. No one is an exception, my friends included. It is more likely that I will call out traitors without any evidence (which could look like ghosting), but that is because I'm calling out everyone, and in any case that isn't the goal of this technique.
It doesn't help that much anyway seeing that people take you less seriously the more you make mostly baseless accusations (however it isn't always too difficult to see someone's a traitor without any direct evidence). It really is just a way to act consistently. If that is a ban-able offense itself, then I should have been banned during the many hours I was playing on the server beforehand, but no one complained, nor seemed to care that much.
I may have been playing this way but I was not ghosting, and neither were my friends.

I also don't quite understand the difference between "Why you should be unbanned" and "Evidence of Innocence", shouldn't it just be one thing? So I'm using the evidence box so I can use italics once.​

Yes, I'm aware. I made my own appeal because I had a sort of long explanation and I wanted to make sure that my ban was considered as well

So... what you're saying here is that you essentially call false KOSes on anyone that comes near you? That could be the ban in itself if you did it an excessive amount of times.
