Now that i notice, i didn't supply enough evidence i don't beleive. Sorry if this doesn't make up but he continue after the report is filed.

 

After reviewing the screenshot and my own console from the game, I have concluded that this is not grounds for action.

This player is simply angry and expressing that. Grounds for harassment do not include the terms used.
