Unfortunately this is a Word V Word situation and nothing can be done without Visual Evidence.

1) I killed you due to the fact that i was near the Barrel you shot, luckily i was able to flee before it blew up..

2) Later on in-game you began to Harass me i reported you for it but it's still being Investigated.

3) I personally beleive you should begin warning before Shooting barrels because you were killed for it and began giving me a attitude for my Reasonable kill.

If he never damaged you or anyone else with the barrel, you can't kill him.

A round of being slayed is nothing IMO, i'm just tired of starting to become know for "Getting out of things" on this server for the valid reasons i killed people.

 

There was an Admin on at the time aswell, i beleive it was @Zigles13 you reported me for RDM and nothing was done.

 

Well if Booty was near the barrel, I believe it falls under Traitorous Acts.

@MangoTango this is a special case where I believe the barrel was lit on fire after @[BiG]zombie_slayerXD while @LostInBooty was near enough to it to get damaged. It's still traitorous even if he moved out of the way before the barrel exploded.

 

Event,it was the barrel in a small encased room with a fence on magma,he was behind a solid wall,it was 1 barrel and the fire was burning stuff inside of that room,nothing behind the wall was hit @Event Horizon

 

Unfortunately at this point, this report is a words versus words situation. He is saying he was close enough to the barrel to have taken damage if he didn't move out of the way while it was on fire, and you are saying it was far enough away. In situations like this, we find the best course of action to be not to punish the alleged offender. This is to prevent accidentally punishing an innocent player.

I hope you understand. If you have any hard evidence such as credible witnesses (staff members, trusted regulars), screenshots, or video recordings, we will be able to proceed with this report. Else, nothing can be done and this report will be closed.

I was on at the time and did not slay @LostInBooty for this reason. He said he was close enough to the barrel, the other player claims he wasn't. It is word vs word and this was resolved in game.
