Parkhouse isn't really that big so whilst we have a large amount of people on the server people might complain. Besides that there is no real issue with it.
Offshore is too large (you can swim to edge of map) and it needs to be re-armed (no weapon spawns). Parkhouse and Innocent Motel will be added to the rotation.
It depends on the map. Like Camel, I would presumably want to redo all of the player clips (invisible walls) from scratch just in-case. In total, decompiling, fixing up custom content, fixing decompile bugs, fixing regular bugs, adding walls, full final compiling and packing the content should only take an hour or so. Two at most.
