Reason For Report:

I was slain for killing a traitor on the map 67 way. I was in the Traitor tester room, and someone had tried to harpoon me and missed. I turned around and looked down the hallway and saw Expeda walking away from me at the other end. I didn't see anyone else in the hallway, and the person went the direction that he went. I killed him and at the end of the round, he reported me saying I had no proof and I had rdmed him, and I responding saying someone had tried to harpoon me, and he was the only one in that direction I saw. ExtraJuicyTable then came on and slayed me, I told him I had a video of what happened, and he didn't respond until I sent it another time. He then responded with:

You to admins: when someone tried to harpoon me, and i went into the hallway and saw expeda, i didnt rdm him

ExtraJuicyTable to You: He didnt throw the harpoon,

You to admins: i understand that now, but i had a valid reason for killing him

He never responded to me after that, and didn't even consider looking at the video​

The video provided actually shows that it is infact RDM. You can't use GBA because there is the chance that Expeda didn't see the other player (the one with the DB who was the one who actually threw the harpoon after watching the video), you never saw the players name, and there were 2 people at the end of the hallway so you don't know which one it was.
In my eyes what Extra did was justified, it was RDM, and you should've server a slay for it.

 

From what I read in this: You assumed he threw it, like anyone really would in that situation, and immediately lit him up like a Christmas Tree on the 4th of July. There was 2 people in the room away from the Tester, and you took the chance of him being the one who threw it. You got the wrong guy, and got slain for it. You deserved your slay especially because you never caught the guy with the harpoon's name. If you had, it would've been a completely valid kill if you lit the one who threw it up. Which you've yet to name unfortunately. If this isn't against the slay, then it's you reporting him for neglecting to acknowledge a "mistake" he could have committed in dealing with the report. Although you used the word "someone" which means you thought it was him. That's indefinitely the reasoning behind him slaying you. :/

 

Even if I did deserve the slay, what is his reasoning for ignoring my questions to him, and not responding at all.

 

Possibly figured you knew the answer to your questions already, which is slightly unprofessional for not explaining it, but he was in the right to slay you. I'm still confused on why you're deciding to report him.

ExtraJuicyTable is my moderator, so I will be handling this report. Now, from the video, I can go ahead and say that this was in fact, RDM. You did not see the players name. Also, notice how far Expeda was from the doorway? I don't see how it would be possible for him to have done it. I also don't really see how this could be GBA, due to how far he actually was from the Traitorous act. He couldn't have really seen it. For these reasons, I will go ahead and mark this as invalid.

 

What are you talking about I must have told you 3 times why you were slayed? That wasn't the only conversation we had.

 

Can you show it to me in chat please, as I never saw it.

 

If the server wouldn't have crashed I would be glad to. But both me and you know that wasn't the only conversation we had.

@McMuffin I Have a gif of the entire chat log from our conversation that I posted above, to past this report that I filed, which would indicate that we never had 3 conversations.

 

Okay yes we maybe we didn't talk about it 3 times, and I was just saying a expression that I had already told you. But either way this doesn't change anything. What it seems like your doing now is just trying to find ways to get me in trouble. Which I do not appreciate.

 

I have spoken with him about perhaps being better about communicating with the player in the future.
