Why you should be unbanned:

I should be unbanned because I told Detective Doge that someone called a kos 1 min after I repeated it and that he could have looked at the chat to see that I did not call the kos first and that I repeated it. This is not ghosting, this is telling Detective Doge a rule.​

The ban was requested by @Event Horizon, I issued it.

I understand that you were simply repeating a KOS, but by telling telling him information he was not yet aware of, you ghosted.

 

Detective Doge already knew that he was kosed, I simply reminded him and everyone in the server, "justinfreak: kos on uber"

 

That's still ghosting. You are possibly changing the outcome of a game by relaying information to alive players while you are dead, which is not allowed

 

How is telling someone something that already knew ghosting?

 

I just explained why, lol. There are many possible reasons:

• They forgot about the KOS, in which you telling them meant you told them information they "did not know"
• They were doing other things, but decided to prioritize your KOS. That now changes the outcome of the game
• They didn't see the KOS called by you, meaning you told them information they did not know.

 

You cannot be sure it was something he already knew.

Even simply telling a player via PM "Scroll up in chat" can be considered ghosting as even though they may have already scrolled up to look for any KOS, they also equally may NOT have already scrolled up. You can never be sure.

 

I never saw the KOS, @justinfreak messaged me about Pixma calling a KOS on Yung. His name was Yung not Über. I'd also like to tag @Detective Doge because he was the one who reported you for Ghosting.

 

I repeated the kos 1 min after it was called, and thats what I told him.

 

Thanks for tagging me. I didn't want to report you since I saw you a lot on the servers, and I felt bad for you, but you were being a A-Hole to me, and people also encouraged me to.

 

I have to eat dinner so I wont respond for a while.

 

The reason this is ghosting is because @Detective Doge was not aware there was a KOS and you reminded him of it. In the future I recommend not private messaging living players at all, just staff. Please learn from this subtle mistake.

As @Event Horizon already explained, there are many reasons this is not allowed.
