Why you should be unbanned:

I wasn't doing anything malicious to the server or other people in the server. The last time I played, I ended up going out with a loss of connection. I'm not sure if there was an RDM involved, but the game said that I was banned for 28 days. If I did end up committing RDM and left, it was not by my own will. Please unban me. I'm VIP and I've put money into this server.​

If that's the case, then why was I never banned prior? That's jumping straight to the top.

Hello TruMan how are you doing, I hope you are doing well.
You were banned for "RDM & Leave Third Offence", while you may think that this is untrue, I have something that would prove you otherwise. As you can see below you have another active ban from @Kalvinjetson13 on West 2.

Now onto your ban, On the first round you killed dirt for no reason. He did nothing the entire round and then you start shooting him. If you can explain why you started to shoot him I would be willing to unban you. Also if you can prove that you did disconnect I will unban you. The reason I need proof is because I am not inclined to believe that you disconnected. If you tried to reconnect and saw that you were banned, then why did you not appeal this sooner.

 

So what you're saying is that you have no proof that I didn't disconnect from lag, but you're going to assume that I'm lying to you anyway? That's really awesome work. Guilty until proven innocent. Not everyone lives where they have one connection just for themselves. I live in a military barracks and share internet with at least 200 other people.

As far as the RDM, I usually don't shoot at people unless if I suspect them of being a T. You can see in the screen shot that I even took the time to identify the body. Like I said in my initial post, I wasn't doing anything mischievous to the server or other people in the server.

The mods are way over the top when it comes to slaying, and so it's not a surprise to me that it's the exact same way with banning people... But I digress. I really don't appreciate sinking money into a specific server, just to be shit on by a trigger happy mod.

At this point, I'm going to have to say I'm done with this appeal. I don't want to play this game where you assume I'm a criminal, therefore warranting me to provide more information. Just unban me, or tell me you won't.

 

I'm just gonna let you know that you're not the only one who's in these servers and still serves their respective country. Our servers have had players as well as staff in the past and some still do even now. Just an FYI. You're responsible for your own actions on these servers and that much will never change.

 

I'm responsible for my actions in my whole entire life, not just on these servers. That's the kind of person I am. I'm a grown ass man, lol. My actions do not warrant a ban, period.

 

No I merely said that due to other factors I will need more than just your word that you did disconnected. I am not saying that you are lieing.

Killing on suspicion is RDM, if you look at the server rules in the motd. So if you did indeed kill him for thinking he is a traitor then what you did is rdm.

When you RDM it negatively affects the players and the servers. If we let rdm go, then the server would get that kind of repection and would start to lose its appeal. You killed another player making said player have to wait the entire round to start playing again.

The Mods on this server are not "Over the top" we follow the rules that are placed by the higher ups and are not allowed to deviate from said ruels. Also I do not believe I am an "trigger happy mod" but that is just my opinion.

Seeing as you dont have a reason to why you killed him I am going to deny this appeal.
If my admin @Carned feels I have wronged you, then please alert me to the course of action I must undergo.
