Not responding to reports. The player GrapingApe RDM'd me twice. I messaged them and they never responded.​

Rather than report the mod, report the player who rdmed, Metallic could be dealing with other issues or other reports and is just one person.

 

He was playing in game so i would assume they would have time. and it wasn't just me who had issues it was Wompzilla as well.

 

Could you explain the situations in which you were allegedly RDM'd? It will aid in the progression of your report. Thank you.

 

Hello Nitro, i am sorry if it seemed like i am not doing any reports, but our job is sometimes quite difficult. As you know the server was full and i was the only mod. I will lightly outline what happens when we get a report. We tell you that we are investigating and we make a verdict based off of what both sides said. If both sides story cannot be proved i cannot do anything about it, and this is why it might seem like i am not doing anything, especially if i do not PM you. I did not PM you about the verdict because there were quite a lot of reports at hand and explaining a verdict to a player might take a while. But i assure you there was a valid reason i did not do anything.

If you want you are still able to report the player, since i do not specifically remember your case.

If @NitroJohnny25 can provide evidence that my moderator @MetallicPie was neglecting his duties as a moderator and refusing to handle reports, then this report can go places.

But, unless you have any proof against my baby tooth, then I'm going to have to mark this report invalid.

Our staff can only do so much when handling reports, and, unfortunately, when we mark a report as finished, it does not automatically contact the reporter the verdict. This could be something we work on in the future, since it tones down the amount of people who believe their reports are getting passed over and not cared about.

No problem. The first time I was a T and so was Grapingape and I just happened to be stuck in a vent. After typing @unstuck multiple times I tried to pm Metallic with no response. After about 30 seconds I was killed by GrapingApe. I then filed the report. And got no response

The second time I was an innocent and there was a KOS called on the player KIWI. I Climbed up the vent and saw kiwi, who was a T and killed them, Identified the body and called out that I was proven. Not 30 seconds after that GrapingApe comes around the corner and RDM's me again. Filed the report and again got no response. Wombzilla also filed a report against Graping ape as well and again got no response. So I'm not sure if he is going to respond or not.

 

what map was this on and what round was it?

 

I can't remember the round but the map was Clue.

 

I'm not sure if I am allowed to post here but I have something to say. I was playing late at night about 4 nights ago when matalicpie was mod on at the time. The server was half full and I got rdm'ed right in front of him and reported waited 3-4 rounds but no action took place. He also threatened to ban my self and another player for no reason that I could see of. I mean I was not using my mic or anything.

 

Now, now. While something may look like RDM to you, using our logs, and the sides of both stories, we can gather up enough information to find out if it truly is RDM or a valid kill. Something that looks like RDM to you might not actually be with the evidence.

Let's stick to the original report, shall we? @MetallicPie will attempt to check the old logs to see if Nitro is correct or not.

Unfortunately, since our old logs have been malfunctioning and we're unable to see the logs from the round you have mentioned, there is not much more that can come from this report, seeing as you also have no proof to back up your claims. Regardless, I will have a talk with @MetallicPie on what he can improve from this situation, and I hope you enjoy your time on our servers.
