Hello @PwnerOfThePeanut, and thank you for taking the time to make this appeal.

Last night, you killed "harry_b@lls_in_ur_mouth" just a little over a minute into the round. He reported this RDM, and you claimed "he killed an ino".

After dealing with the barrage of reports (I had just gotten onto the staffless server a little before you decided to leave), I went back down to your report and checked into the round logs. Taking my time, as you had already left before I could first look into it anyways.

As you can see here, the acclaimed "he killed an ino" is clearly false from these logs. Master, a traitor, is the only person who had killed anyone that round. In-fact, "harry_b@lls_in_ur_mouth" hadn't done a single thing that entire round. It's likely you got Master and "harry_b@lls_in_ur_mouth" mixed up, however it is still RDM regardless. I'd rather think that, than that you outright RDM'd him anyways. Therefore, you were banned for RDM and Leave.

Considering your extensive record, lack of effort, and attitude in this appeal; I'm going to consider this denied. Of course, unless you have anything further to say about your case of RDM.

 

Well either way, innos were shooting eachother, an inno got killed by an inno, 2 innos were left there, but the second inno, "harry_b@lls_in_ur_mouth" didnt do anything to the inno who killed the other inno, which would make it gba, would it not?

 

Not if they saw that the innocent who had shot first was the one to die, no. Yes, technically he could've shot him because it's a traitorous act to shoot anyone in-general; but you're not forced to kill someone for traitorous acts. Just like you're not forced to kill someone via KoS.

 

Fair enough i guess... ill just wait that ban out
