Me, Butt Stalion, and Tyrone Niggums were hitting a street cone and we all hit each other. A few minutes later more people joined in on hitting the street cone and they got hit. I was banned for mass RDM when no one reported me nor complained about it.​

Hello Princess Smiles, I hope you're doing great.

Just now, on the map cs_assault you and a cluster of other players were crowbarring a traffic cone, while the other players were hitting the cone, you were damaging players. After talking it over with @Slicck & @No Face we agreed that the damage you dealt all together was a bannable offense. You damaged four players in total.

I was private messaged by a single player that they wanted you slain, although they didn't report you RDM is a slayable offense regardless.

Just because your RDM wasn't reported doesn't mean you wont be slain for it.

 

So when people are forgave for RDM they dont get a slain but when all 4 people forgive you its a ban that is little logic!

 

We can't consider you hitting an inanimate object while other players get damaged as crossfire. Even if you were hitting a cone, you continued to swing your crowbar in a cluster of players, and any player would have stopped swinging after they realized they hit 1, 2, or even 3 players. You seemed to have damaged 4; 5 if we include the random 2 crowbar hits on a different player earlier in the round.

Your ban was justified, it would have been incredibly easy to stop swinging your crowbar in a cluster of players after you had damaged more than one. Even if you were shooting a T, you hitting 4 players in the process would have still been questionable.

Unless you have anything to add, this appeal will be denied.

 

@Sinz when every one forgives a person and doesn't care yea that retarded and should be a 4 slays then not a ban!

 

Hey Princess in game when I reported you to see your reasoning for damaging those players with your crowbar you said that it was because they got in the way of you hitting the cone. Unfortunately this is still rdm and to prevent this from happening in the future you can refrain from attacking with your crowbar when other players are nearby.

 

Mods are not obligated to overlook an offense if the player has been forgiven.

 

The only time that RDM will not result in a slay is when it's Goomba Stomping and the damaged person doesn't want the stomper slain.

 

You can only be forgiven for Goomba Stomping players, any other RDM is a slayable offense. Once you RDM 3 players you will be banned for Mass RDM (3) and from there Mass RDM (4+) as stated in the !motd.
