Why you should be unbanned:

I was warned for saying "Rogers4fag, Smoke4mod", by Mr. Rogers. I was then banned about 30 minutes later, because he sent these screenshots to other moderators who banned me for it. I understand this, but I stopped "harassing" Rogers after I was warned, and he left the server. I was banned about 30 minutes later, even though I was already warned and gagged for the same offense. In the United States legal system, we call the "Double Jeopardy"; all citizens cannot be tried for the same crime twice. I feel like it would be smart to check with fellow mods before punishing someone, to make sure they weren't already punished for it. I was banned, and would like an unban. I sincerely apologize for said harassment, and I acknowledge that I may have hurt Roger's feelings, which I would NEVER want to do ​

Granted Paprika had his words with Mr. Rogers, Rogers could've better handled with situation. He continued to gag Paprika while his comments were seemingly harmless. Rogers could've gagged him round by round, and kicked him if he continued. A ban is not necessary as Rogers could not handle the situation appropriately. Instead, arguing ensued between Rogers and Paprika (he was asking why he kept getting gagged, but Rogers simply stated "for within my own reasons.") Meanwhile 2-3 rounds go by and there are numerous RDM reports being filed, for example by DomesticTerrorist and it was not answered because of the (ongoing argument). I would also like to point out, while Paprika was gagged for asking for why he kept getting gagged (bare with me I understand it's confusing), a player named Bob kept spamming over the mic to "check your privilege" and "where'd you learn to do _____" etc. so forth.

An instance earlier, I filed an RDM report as did Paprika towards two different players, Rogers was not there for two rounds to answer said reports. His excuse was "I was tabbed out for 5 minutes doing something important". If you're AFK as a mod, why not have another mod come on to monitor the server in the meantime? There should be no excuses in this instance. You're a mod.

Overall, I do believe Smoke Paprika should be unbanned and do acknowledge that his behavior is unacceptable towards the mods. However he's a great player and TTT buddy.

Good evening, @SmokePaprika! I banned you primarily for Harassment and added the "Micspam" as it falls under the same protocol. Before I had got on West, I had received several screenshots of you harassing @Mr. Rogers:




Upon entering the server, you were using voice chat to to harass him as well by saying things like "Mods please demote Rogers" and "Rogers is so bad at modding" while he wasn't in game. As soon as I finished the load of reports I then messaged you this:

During head shot wars (after the warning was delivered) he then made another offensive remark (similar to the previous ones) in voice chat, so I took the initiative to ban him since Rogers told me he had gagged him several times. Although none of us have recordings of him harassing, I think the screenshots suffice as enough proof.

I wasn't aware that Rogers didn't kick him until just now. I assumed he followed protocol when requesting for help on West.

I want to point out that staff members aren't required to put AFK in their name unless they're gone for 30+ minutes. Being gone for 5 mins does not require a replacement. Rogers was also dealing with a mass amount of reports and it is very important to each of our staff members that every report is dealt with accordingly and fairly.

Aside from all of this, I'm going to go ahead and unban @SmokePaprika because @Mr. Rogers didn't follow the appropriate protocol. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Let me just chime in here, the ban was because of a bit of confusion of whether I kicked you or not from me and fever. There indeed should have been a kick administrated instead, sorry about that.
