Evidence of Innocence:

There was a previous dispute of false kos on the server between another player and I. His name was DerperRucky and had a terminator skin. When the round started I was eating some food and afk but I was still watching the screen. Derper came into the room I was in and threw a grenade/discombobulator at me and a fellow afk. I quickly left the room and called kos on Derper. He ended up being innocent and therefore RDM'd me and another player. I left the server because I had to help my parents with something and when I came back I was banned.​

Give me a moment to get a screenshot of the logs and post it here, but Derper Rucky did not throw the discombob at you guys, another player, Elite Taco did. As you had falsely kosed someone and it resulted in rdm, I issued a slay. I then tried to explain the slay, but it had said you left. I gave you a round and a half to return, and when you didn't, I issued the slay. It might be a little bit though before I post the screenshot, people are having itchy trigger fingers right now and I am solo on the server.

I had called kos on BangTrain and killed him because he claimed I threw the discombob at least a second I came into the room where he and I DO (who was afk) was. Bang probably looked up, see the discombob go off and me go in at that moment and thought I had thrown it, which I can understand. I apologize for accusing of false kos/reporting and I request Elite Taco punished for this dilemma.

 

It would actually be theBangTrain that is punished for this, as he has been. He falsely kosed you which resulted in rdm so I slayed him for it, then banned him when he left and didn't return after a round and a half.

 

I might have falsely called a kos on Derper, but what had happened and what I saw on my screen looked like and gave me enough reason to believe that he had thrown it.
I would gladly join back and take the slay if thats possible

 

I am currently unable to issue the slay as I am currently babysitting my 10 month old nephew. He just recently discovered mobility and is getting into everything lol. I will be able to give you the slay later if that is what you wish, or another staff member can issue it for me if one is available to do it now.

Has there been any sort of verdict reached on this appeal?

 

His ban is pending removal on the contingency that he comes on and serves a slay. As far as I know, he has not served the slay. I have not been on when he has to do it, and I left an open invite to any other staff member to do it if they are available when he is.

 

@shadowdragoon66, I assume this can be moved to denied since he never served the slay?

 

Yes, he never got back with me to serve his slay, nor has any other staff member commented on issuing the slay to him.
