Why you should be unbanned:

I don't ever intentionally RDM, ever. Well unless I am in a crowbar/prop fight. But I dont random death match.​

Evidence of Innocence:

It was my t round, 5 people also bought T. It came down to the last 3 innos so I bought Radar & it said one of them was behind the crates in the basement of community pool, I shoot my rpg directly at the roof above the green circle & die , also killin 2 t buddys semi accidentally. (there was 7 T's 3 innos, I thought the one kill I thought I was gonna get was a worthy sacrifice) Next round I got stuck to somebody in a stall & when we got Incend'ed I killed him to save myself. Better then both of us dying​

This ban was warranted under our new T-Mod @Kenny but I'm gonna go ahead and unban you because your story matches with the kills.

Why are you unbanning this user? He has still Mass RDM'd, the reasons dont suffice an unban.

 

I spoke with @Event Horizon and I mentioned that according to the rules, it's still technically RDM but, he said that the back stories justify the kills.

 

How does "being stuck and we were both going to die" justify anything? We slay for killing each-other in T traps, whats changed?

And regardless if he thought it would end the round, he didn't and he didn't warn so its still RDM.

Nothing is justified here.

 

Although I agree with you, I went with my admins advice. I'm going to wait for his reply on this.

I told fever if it was his first ban to let him off since it would be his first ban and he was reasonable and cooperative in the appeal. However due to a slight miscommunication on my part (as well as my phone not sending messages on time), fever was not aware of the fact that I told her to unban him ONLY if it was his only ban. Because you're already unbanned, I'm not going to have you rebanned. However, your ban will not be void and your next mass rdm ban will count as a second offense and last 2 weeks.
