It was never specified in the RULES that I am not allowed to tell commands to living players. it only stated that I should not give them info they are not yet aware of. :l​

Evidence of Innocence:

I am about to reveal an evil lil loop hole in the rules about ghosting.
But before I do here is a screen shot of my "Ghosting"...

Here is the story:
So I was a lonely and dead T. And so decided to exploit the loop hole in the rules about ghosting, so I sent to this proven inno a simply message: "Kill Nena" , before sending this of course I made sure she wasn't a T. and she wasn't.
Unfortunately to my entertainment he didn't, since he is such a great pleb, anyway, he reported me and all for "Ghosting"
And Here is where the loop hole is:


The rules state that it will be considered ghosting if you use a 3rd party communication system to tell players still alive information they are still not aware of.
You all may argue with me but the rules are on my side.

And unfortunately that's not the end, later after my ban I was having a conversation with Nena when she stated this:

That, if you do not yet know, is a pure lie, you may check yer logs, all you'll find is more proof.
I do not understand what would make an moderator to fabricate such a false statement like that. I shall let it talk for its self because if I continue I will be branded as a bully and all.

On the end of the day I make my point leaving you guys to worry about it.

I'm typing this respond with my cell so might have a lot of bad spelling.

First of all , the player who reported to me was the round after my T round so that's why I said that, and later on I found out that he's talking about another round.
Before I banned you , I have asked other staff @Krys @urisk2 about this situation , after the discussion I decided to ban you for ghosting , I even search for previous cases and I found this one :

Your situation is similar to this one , you're telling another alive player that to kill another person , according to this quote this is ghosting.

What you did is interfering with the game. You're giving information that they shouldn't have known , like this , innocent cannot know which person is missing in action , but with what you told him , he would know that this guy is not missing , he's still alive .

You also marked this rule .

Since my admin resigned , I might as well to tag some admins to investigate this.

Great to get the T thing out of the way, clarity always helps. And yes we shall wait for some admins...

 

Your appeal will be denied immediately.

You admit to trying to find loopholes in our rules which is very frowned upon in this community. You also did it in an attempt to get another player in trouble for listening to your ghost KOS, let alone a staff member in trouble. Lastly, it wouldn't have mattered if Nena was a T or not.

The rules also clearly state: This includes using in-game private chat etc etc.
So the rules are NOT on your side.

I don't know if I would brand you as a bully, but I would say you're someone that may have a conflict of interest with our server and as such may require further disciplinary actions.
