Rejected Limit on amount of lottery tickets

With Ghost somehow managing to win the lottery 3 times in a row and taking advantage of the win to increase his chances up to 50%, I feel there should be a limit to the amount of tickets that can be bought to give everyone a fair shot.

 

Why? The victory would be that much sweeter when he goes all in and wins 3 days in a row and then goes for a fourth time going all in and loses to a person with only one ticket.

 

But what's the actual likelihood of that occuring, @shadowdragoon66 ? Slim to none in this case since it's barely possible to have occur anyway.

 

Its still possible. Ghost could have a 99.9% chance of winning and still lose to someone. He is only guaranteed to win if no one else enters.

 

Check out my thread. I've been discussing this deeply. It seems the only responses I get are -1 instead of an actual rebuttal.
